Rested at the end of April 23. In general, I liked the hotel. The staff is polite. But of the Russian-speaking only Otabek (high-class, helped in everything, even fussed about changing the number). The room stock is too old, more modern renovation in the 3rd building and on the floors above the 7th. The cuisine is at the highest level, the choice is not very large, but everything is delicious, healthy, diverse. The beach is your own, 15 minutes by bus from the hotel (they take you about once every 2 hours). Every day there is a free bus to Dubai Mall from 15h to 21h. I recommend Said tour for excursions (near the beach). In general, the rest was a success. We will definitely return to the UAE. But rather not to Ajman anymore. By itself, this Emirate was not impressed (there is a construction site around, there are few sights)

VACATION IN THE UAE WAS A GREAT SUCCESS!
The first time I was in the UAE and I was recommended this particular hotel at such an attractive price for me. We rested with my wife from 25.06.2023 to 03.07.2023 in room 1-506. Since we arrived late and got to the hotel around 01 a.m. There was a friendly Russian-speaking staff at the reception and immediately gave us a large room (about 50 m2) with a kitchen, but without a balcony and windows. After spending the night after breakfast, we changed the room to a room with a balcony and a window in the bedroom. The room itself had a large room with a TV and a corner sofa, an armchair, a large table for 4 people with chairs and a bedside table. The bedroom had a large bed with bedside tables, a wardrobe for things. The room also had a kitchen, which had a microwave, refrigerator, kettle and tea accessories. There were 2 bathrooms in the room. two nodes, one of which was with a shower stall. Several types of towels, shower accessories, hair dryer.
There were separate air conditioners in the room and in the bedroom. The furniture is not new, but in full good quality.
The hotel itself has a restaurant where you will not stay without food. The dishes are mostly monotonous in the morning, at lunch and in the evening, but everything is cooked qualitatively and tasty. Of the dishes, I noted 2 types of soup every day, the second dishes were lamb/chicken/veal/fish. I will note a very large number of culinary products (cakes, pastries, bread and bakery products). The staff is friendly, juices were brought by order, they quickly responded to comments regarding table cleaning. Due to the large number of tourists, it was not always possible to quickly find a table, but when seats were vacated, they were quickly cleaned by the restaurant staff.
The hotel also had an indoor pool with heated water, a sauna and a hammam, when visiting which towels were given, on the contrary - there is a large gym.
A free shuttle service to and from the beach is organized for tourists, at the entrance to which towels, sun loungers and umbrellas are provided free of charge. At the beach there is a bar, showers. Free WI-FI is available on site, in the room and on the beach. Also, every day, at 15 o'clock, a free transfer to the Dubai Mall was organized. The bus goes back from Dubai to the hotel at 21 o'clock. I would also like to mention the Russian-speaking staff at the reception: Otabek, Minis and Samira, who helped with advice and always came to our aid.
I want to summarize that the rest was really a success, I really liked the country, and the hotel justified our wishes, for which I thank him very much!

And now I will describe everything in detail. I had a rest with my daughter from August 18 to August 25, 2023. Our departure from Moscow was delayed for a couple of hours (due to drones), so we arrived at Dubai airport in the UAE later than planned. We flew Dubai fly, a great plane, leather interior, pillow, modern monitor, delicious food))) At the airport, the luggage was received promptly, met with an Anex tour, we got to the hotel quickly (about an hour). We arrived at the hotel around 12-13, and we were immediately checked in!!! There are Russian speakers at the reception, it was very nice! We were given a room on the 15th floor in the 3rd building, later we realized that this is the most convenient building, since it is in it that the restaurant where we went to eat is located. You go down in the elevator, you immediately get to the restaurant. The room is very large, there is a separate kitchen, there is everything you need: refrigerator, microwave, kettle, cups, spoons, glasses (every day they brought tea, coffee, cream, sugar and water for 1 liter per person for free). The room had a separate sleeping area, 2 large beds with snow-white linen, a separate living room, where there was a sofa, 2 armchairs, a table, a TV (only now realized that we never turned it on!!!) In the bathroom, shampoo (good, with a balm), gel, body cream were brought daily. There is a hairdryer (not the most powerful, but it worked well), towels are large and also snow-white, changed every day, room cleaning is also daily, clean! There was a small balcony with a dryer, things dried very quickly! The conder worked perfectly, it could not be turned off when you leave the room, but the only negative is noisy! In the morning I turned it off when I started to hear the hum))) We had breakfasts and dinners, the first time we flew with such a concept, I was worried, but I realized that this was quite enough in the UAE, because, firstly, there was a heat over 40, but because of the high humidity (up to 55%) it felt 50 degrees, I didn't really want to eat at lunch and, secondly, we went on excursions, so sometimes we changed dinner for lunch (this can be done without problems, no one needs to be warned beforehand). The food was delicious, but not as varied as, for example, in Turkey in Antalya. For breakfast there were always 2-3 types of freshly squeezed juice (orange, pineapple, apple), delicious cheeses (especially masdam), yoghurts in packages, fruits (very many and delicious: watermelons, pineapples!!! sweet, juicy, melons, whole apples, etc.), beans, sausages, fried eggs (but not fried, but some kind of mix), porridge, something meat ... and of course a lot of pastries with chocolate and peanut paste, coffee from a coffee machine, tea bags. For lunch and dinner, the menu is similar: 2 types of soup, I liked tomato, seafood (reminds tom-yan), cheese, there was once just broth, not bad pasta, parmesan cheese, goulash, rice with chicken, liver, 3-4 types of salad (delicious! chicken with vegetables with tereaki sauce, Greek, sweet with apples and pineapples), lots of cakes, pies, water, tea, coffee. Fresh juice for lunch and dinner is free only for those who have "all inclusive"!!! The conder worked hard in the restaurant, so we didn't stay there) Very convenient opening hours: breakfast starts early, we went at 07 am, dinner until 23 o'clock. The bus goes to the beach 5 or 6 times a day strictly according to schedule, the first bus is at 07.30, it takes 10 minutes to go (it happens 15 minutes back when rush hour, traffic jams), they take everyone away, if they didn't get on one bus, the second one arrives right away, the buses are comfortable, condors, clean! There are a lot of sunbeds on the beach, there is enough space for everyone! The beach is big, long, sandy, a towel is given out at the entrance, you can get it several times, left- handed over, came -took clean! Convenient, no need to carry it with you! The sea is warm, even hot (30 degrees), it didn't cool at all, but we got high in it, we mostly had waves, small but cool, calm for one day only. There is a volleyball net on the beach, they played a couple of times, but the vacationers themselves assembled the team. There is a cafe, music sings in it, but it's quiet) There you can buy ice cream, shrimp for a fee, we bought a burger, French fries and cola on the first day, it turned out to be $ 7, delicious, a huge portion, we ate together! There are shops near the beach, where they bought chips, non-alcoholic beer) and excursions! Right in front of the beach at Timur's, Last-minute excursions, he, of course, is smart, he seems to have made a discount in dollars, but he transferred the dioramas to a favorable side for himself (I paid on the inion-pei card), I liked the excursions themselves, took Safari and Abu Dhabi. We also went to Dubai! I liked everything very much! On the last day, the eviction is at 12, we were allowed until 12.30 without extra charge, the food is no longer included, we ordered lunch from the Russian restaurant Skazka (borscht was very similar to ours, a lot of meat), the price is $ 10 for 2 borscht, brought quickly, hot. In general, a great vacation! Would I go back to this hotel? Yes) but the state of Ajman itself did not seem to be the most successful for a holiday, since there is nowhere to walk in the evening! The only plus of it is there is no tax, there is no deposit in the hotel and there is a chic liquor store with affordable prices nearby (from the hotel to the left, if you stand with your back to the reception, go no more than 100m, it will be on the right side, it resembles a garage, the name is Unisalat!!!) Will I return to the UAE? Of course, YES!!!

We rested at this hotel in October 2023 with my wife and daughter (2 years old).
The first is food!
I really like to eat! And here I have never been hungry or unsatisfied. A lot of different meat!!! And a bunch of everything. And lots of delicious desserts.

A nice beach with a cafe, if you have an Ol inclusive, then free drinks.

Good luck to everyone. We had a rest in the black Ramada in early April 2024. The food is compared with Turkey by 5 points. Beef, lamb, turkey, chicken, kebabs, pilaf, two types of fish for lunch and dinner. Pineapples are just fire. Cleanliness and order. The only caveat is that the menu hardly changes.
The service at the reception, in the restaurant, on the beach, on the buses to the beach is excellent. I would especially like to mention the drivers who take you to the beach. You will definitely not be left without a place. If the bus is full, another shuttle will be available for you.

The rooms are just huge. We had devices from 2 rooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen. The area is about 40 m. The ceilings are 3+ meters. The furniture is not new, it is decent. The funny thing was that the closet was only in the bedroom. There is no furniture at the entrance. The sockets are bad. There are few of them and they are inconveniently located. Take an adapter for our forks and tees with you.
The hotel has its own beach. By the end of the race, it became tense with seats and sun loungers. We need to borrow early. In high season, I assume that it will be more problematic. But this applies to the first half of the day. Free after lunch.
The shuttle to the beach is not annoying.
In general, we were very satisfied with our stay in the black Ramada. I have a very positive impression. Many thanks to all the staff of the hotel for the hospitality and organization of our stay.

We had a rest at the end of April 2024. This is the 2nd time in this hotel, since I liked it for the first time. The fact that the hotel is not on the first line did not interfere with a normal rest. The reception staff is excellent!!! We checked in before 14 o'clock. The food is good, there is a choice. Russian Russians, but there is one small disadvantage, given that the majority of Russians in the hotel, there is no broadcast of television channels in Russian (approx. especially when the heat is boring in the evening). I have vacationed here 4 times: in 2013, 2014, 2020 and 2024. The hotel is nice, but the furniture in the rooms is a little "tired", the food is good, the staff are polite and helpful, there is a gym, a swimming pool, a daily bus to and from Dubai Mall. We arrived in the UAE for the first time with a family of 4 people, 2 adults, 2 children (5 and 10 years old).
We were at the hotel at 3 a.m., we were kindly greeted, offered early check-in, the price was 300 AED, we refused. As a result, we checked in at 10.00, before the check-in was indicated from the next day (14.00). For this, many thanks to dear OTABEK! The simplest small studio room was booked in advance, but they provided us with a more comfortable room in the 3rd tower on the 9th floor, on 74 m2, with excellent views, 2 bathrooms and an extra bed completely free of charge. Many thanks to the hotel administration for this! Everyone mentions about the furniture in the room that it is not the first freshness, we were satisfied with everything, everything worked and performed its functions at a decent level without any problems. Cleaning took place daily at a time when it was convenient for us.
Buses to the beach and Dubai Mall run strictly according to schedule, no one will stay, they will take everyone away, I write this because some people are ready to push everyone on their way, like the last time, although this is absolutely not required. We took all the inclusions and did not regret what kind of restaurant the guys are there, everything is so delicious and abundant, the service is at the highest level, there is plenty of excellent quality food of all kinds, plus the service is also at the highest level! Once again, on behalf of the whole family, we express our huge thanks to dear brother Otabek for his attitude towards people and help with all issues. I changed only for breakfast exclusively. I changed a large amount in a Fairy Tale cafe near the beach. There, 3, 63 course.
The beach is great. Gentle entrance, ideal with children. Everything is there. Showers, changing rooms, toilets, deck chairs, towels. Everything was given, despite the no room at the time of arrival.
Lunch can be replaced with dinner and vice versa (this is if half board). The room is huge, the cleanliness is perfect. The service is good, both at the reception and at room service. Everything is fast, clear.
And yes, I was afraid it would be hot. But the sea is beautiful at this time. And we spent 4 hours on the beach under trees and umbrellas.
The only negative is the road to the beach, not 10 minutes. Real 20. What's there, what's back.
But you can survive.
Buses run clearly, if full, then immediately the second one goes. Everything is fine in general.

The fact that it is located in the city is easily compensated by regular buses to the beach and Dubai Mall. But without a car in the UAE, freedom of movement is VERY limited, so the location in the city is even a plus (there are inexpensive shopping centers, pharmacies and an exchange nearby.

Lovely hotel. Very polite and helpful staff. A very good assortment of breakfasts and dinners. Everything is very tasty. The rooms are spacious and clean. There is a shuttle service to the beach every two hours. There is also a transfer to Dubai. I was delighted with the hotel and the country as a whole.

The terrible Ramada Black hotel, dirty cold floors in the room, you can only walk in slippers, the dining room also leaves much to be desired. To this travel agent who recommended this hotel, not a foot more. I do not recommend it!

The food is fine. You won't stay hungry.
The service is good. Once, after cleaning the room, they forgot to put towels.
The staff is polite, friendly.
The room got spacious, like a 2-room apartment, with a kitchen, 2 toilets. The beach is private. Almost every 1.5 hours own buses take you to the beach back and forth (10 minutes). It also carries its own bus for free every day to the Dubai Mall and back. A good rest for a reasonable price.

Nice hotel! For me, the only minus is the bus to the sea! But, nice big rooms, delicious food, bus to Dubai Mall. I love Dubai! One of my favorite vacation spots! I'm flying again in November! 👏👏👏👏👏

We stayed at the hotel from October 13 to October 23, 23, everything was fine, Excellent staff , excellent food,we drove to the beach exactly on schedule,if there was not enough space, the second bus immediately came, the beach was clean, towels and deck chairs were free, I recommend for rest
