An incredibly spectacular eclectic building (a mix of styles) near the walls of the old city. Concerts are held in the Philharmonic and there is a permanent cafe - after visiting it, you can say that you were in the Philharmonic, it is very convenient. The main feature of the cafe is green parrots (they are wild and live in the park nearby like pigeons or crows).

Beautiful Philharmonic hall building. It is beautiful both outside and inside. A small (parterre for 12 rows) hall, comfortable chairs, convenient viewing, good audibility and visibility. It's a little stuffy - but that's the trouble with many philharmonic halls. Concerts are not every day. The hall is not filled at all at a classical concert.
