TV, refrigerator, air conditioning, electric kettle, tea utensils, dryer on the balcony, table and two chairs. I would also like to mention the presence of a mosquito door to the balcony, which closes tightly with magnets - just an amazing thing! The air conditioner was practically not used, the balcony was opened, the mosquito door was closed - not a single mosquito crossed the border of our room. Fresh air, coolness. Very convenient. I also liked that the water pressure in the shower is excellent. We changed towels at our request and once there was a change of linen. A small wet cleaning (the floor was cleaned with a mop every day). That was enough for us. We had half board: breakfasts and dinners were included in the price. Marina cooks deliciously: you can choose for breakfast, for dinner - she decides for herself what the guests will eat. The portions are large, and fruits and vegetables or watermelon are mandatory for breakfast, and a salad for dinner. The guest house itself is a quiet, peaceful, pretty place. The only negative is that the hostess is not very friendly: she greeted me every other time. Perhaps because we didn't take advantage of their excursions. We went and went wherever we wanted. To the middle observation deck on foot, to Gagripsh and New Athos by minibuses/ buses. I used the washing machine twice (1 run - 100 rubles, if you need powder, then 150 rubles). There are basins in the same place - take them, take them, hang them up and return them. Location: 5 minutes maximum to the beach. There are several ways to different beaches. There's a market nearby (the customer orientation is below the baseboard - I don't recall hearing customers vilified like that anywhere else. They were just passing by and witnessed the sellers chasing the customer away with obscene language. Some answer questions rudely). Canteens, shops, a shopping mall, and a dolphinarium are all relatively nearby. In the general environment of dilapidation, semi-abandonment, wastelands, construction sites, sewage, "Lavender" as an island of hope for a better future. I wish you good mood and prosperity! I liked Lavanda Guest House. The rooms are new (at least it seems so), clean. The bed is large, comfortable, clean linen. Lockers and shelves are just for the convenient location of tourist's belongings. On the balcony there is a dryer and a table with chairs, you can drink tea in the evenings. There is also an insect net (compared to another hotel, it turns out that this is really important). It is located a little away from noisy establishments, although, of course, there are still some echoes. The hotel itself was generally quiet. Yes, there is no buffet, but the food is delicious and satisfying. The territory of the hotel is closed, the entrance is with a key, which prevents unauthorized access.
