We had a rest together with my husband. The room was on the 2nd floor. The condition is very good. Excellent mattress (my back didn't hurt), wide, more than enough space. There was also a sofa as an extra. a place with comfortable pillows. There is liquid soap and lavender-scented soap in the bathroom. TV, refrigerator, air conditioning, electric kettle, tea utensils, dryer on the balcony, table and two chairs. I would also like to mention the presence of a mosquito door to the balcony, which closes tightly with magnets - just an amazing thing! The air conditioner was practically not used, the balcony was opened, the mosquito door was closed - not a single mosquito crossed the border of our room. Fresh air, coolness. Very convenient. I also liked that the water pressure in the shower is excellent. We changed towels at our request and once there was a change of linen. A small wet cleaning (the floor was cleaned with a mop every day). That was enough for us. We had half board: breakfasts and dinners were included in the price. Marina cooks deliciously: you can choose for breakfast, for dinner - she decides for herself what the guests will eat. The portions are large, and fruits and vegetables or watermelon are mandatory for breakfast, and a salad for dinner. The guest house itself is a quiet, peaceful, pretty place. The only negative is that the hostess is not very friendly: she greeted me every other time. Perhaps because we didn't take advantage of their excursions. We went and went wherever we wanted. To the middle observation deck on foot, to Gagripsh and New Athos by minibuses/ buses. I used the washing machine twice (1 run - 100 rubles, if you need powder, then 150 rubles). There are basins in the same place - take them, take them, hang them up and return them. Location: 5 minutes maximum to the beach. There are several ways to different beaches. There's a market nearby (the customer orientation is below the baseboard - I don't recall hearing customers vilified like that anywhere else. They were just passing by and witnessed the sellers chasing the customer away with obscene language. Some answer questions rudely). Canteens, shops, a shopping mall, and a dolphinarium are all relatively nearby. I liked Lavanda Guest House. The rooms are new (at least it seems so), clean. The bed is large, comfortable, clean linen. Lockers and shelves are just for the convenient location of tourist's belongings. On the balcony there is a dryer and a table with chairs, you can drink tea in the evenings. There is also an insect net (compared to another hotel, it turns out that this is really important). It is located a little away from noisy establishments, although, of course, there are still some echoes. The hotel itself was generally quiet. Yes, there is no buffet, but the food is delicious and satisfying. The territory of the hotel is closed, the entrance is with a key, which prevents unauthorized access.

The room was perfect: bright, clean, with a pleasant interior and everything you need for a comfortable stay. A comfortable bed, air conditioning, good ventilation, high-quality Wi-Fi, a hairdryer, a washing machine — I didn't have to worry about anything. Everything was thought out to the smallest detail, and we felt really at home, only even more comfortable. I would especially like to thank chef Narine! Every day, delicious, homely, hearty food was waiting for us, cooked with all our hearts. Everything was simple, delicious and homely, warm and caring! A special delight is the excursion to the Aatsyn gorge, which the hostess Svetlana helped us get to. It was one of the most exciting experiences for the two of us! The route turned out to be very interesting and beautiful: waterfalls, mountain rivers, ancient houses and stunning nature. Everything was organized at the highest level — convenient transportation, attentive guide, comfortable time for walks and photos. It felt like the tour was created especially for us: calmly, without haste, with the opportunity to experience every place. Lavender has become an ideal place for us to relax together — quiet, clean, with a soul and care. We had a real rest, gained strength and brought back a lot of warm memories. We will definitely come back here again and we will be happy to recommend this guest house to anyone who is looking for coziness and comfort in Gagra!

My husband and I are over 55+ and this hotel is just for us: quiet, cozy, peaceful!The sea is close,I walked with sore joints in 10 minutes, the market,shops,canteens are all close in 15 minutes.we even walked to the center, it's very beautiful there, the Ferris wheel, children's attractions and much more, well, back by taxi 250r.(it was city day), so 200r. This year, the room already had a mosquito net on the balcony door, cleaning every other day, the staff is responsive, solves all problems, friendly, all wishes are taken into account.There are few people on the beach, there are sun beds (300 rubles for the whole day)umbrellas, upholstered chairs are also available for a fee, a changing booth, and cafes. The beach is clean, if there is a small storm, then the garbage is removed immediately (sticks, branches, etc.) In general, this is a vacation for us who like silence, not parties ... although parties are in the center! This year we will go in early September! In October, the weather was gorgeous, the sea was calm, clear, there was no rain, and there was no intense heat!

According to the power code. Narine cooks very tasty, the portions are large, you won't stay hungry for sure. There is a menu, and you can order something for an additional fee. We didn't order, we had more than enough. Regarding fruits, they almost always gave watermelon, I didn't even have to buy it. Watermelons are ripe and delicious. There were peaches and nectarines. For breakfast, you can choose a dish from the provided menu, there are 5 options, I think that's enough. It's the same with dinner. It's a 10-minute walk to the sea. We went with the kids, no problem. On the way back you admire the mountain. The market and the Europa shopping center are 12-15 minutes away. The hotel is new, the rooms are beautifully decorated, the furniture is new, the plumbing is new, still with stickers, the bathroom has a heated floor (!), There are several clothes dryers on each floor. There is a washing machine, and a kitchen for self-cooking and eating. In the future, they plan to make a dining room. The numbers themselves have already been killed in three years. Of course, the visitors themselves are to blame for this. But also a tip to the cleaners, there is dust in the corners of the doors. Carpets need to be vacuumed. You can clean up a little better. Next, mostly just the pros. Remoteness from the beach, a quiet, peaceful place, there is everything you need nearby. The Lavender Hotel (new Gagra) looks quite good: well-groomed enclosed area with flowers, tiles, nice buildings. The rooms as a whole can also accommodate vacationers without any special complaints. There is a shower, a clean toilet, regular cleaning (I can only judge by my own). However, most of the staff did not leave the most pleasant impressions. Upon check-in, we had an error: the Ostrovok company did not transfer money to the hotel on time, without notifying us about it. Thus, having overcome the flight and the move, we found ourselves in front of a closed door. Svetlana, the hotel attendant, did not inform us about this in the most friendly way, as if it were our fault. She was in no hurry to take any action, she was just waiting for a call from the Island and offered to pay us directly, and for some reason an inflated price.
