There is no worse store. It's about their entire network. They gave me a necklace with stones. After 2 weeks, one stone fell out. I brought it under warranty, it was inserted. A month later, another stone fell out... and they said it was mechanical damage... I brought it to the workshop, and they said there was no question of any damage! All the stones are crooked there and most likely they will fall out too in the near future! This is what a terrible quality their products are. Jewelry is better worn with Wildberries. Don't believe their "lifetime" warranty!

Excellent lure, lifetime warranty....
I bought a gold bracelet, after 4 months of socks, the link broke, took it to the store where I bought it.
And lo and behold, the refusal to repair, with a reference to the wrong wear of the product.
Question.
What is a lifetime warranty for?
Being a regular customer of this network (3-4 times), I definitely bought gold products there, I will NEVER come to this network again.
