Level 18 Local Expert

The memorial sign in Gorky Park was erected in 2014 on the initiative of the Minsk Soft Drinks Factory. The occasion is the 85th anniversary of the discovery of the aquifer with mineral water by hydrogeologist Gerasim Bogomolov (a native of the Smolensk region), who led water supply projects in the Belarusian capital. On the reverse side of the composition is his image. Unfortunately, it was not possible to find out who the author of the composition was. There is no last name on the composition itself. And there is a question about the condition of the memorial sign: it clearly needs to be cleaned at least for the letters of the text, on which a greenish coating is visible.
