The cafe has very tasty shurpa and kebabs, and other national dishes are also prepared. There are separate booths for families, a table, a chair, nothing superfluous. A popular place to eat quickly, they often visit for lunch and dinner, take them with them, work on delivery. The street next to it is being rebuilt as a gastronomic one for tourists, the cafe is being renovated, sofas have appeared, and after the renovation, an old-style style is planned by the beginning of 2025.

This cafe is not a restaurant. But if you want to have a really delicious meal, shurpa and kebabs are a great place. I repeat, this is a simple dining room. But shurpa and kebabs are prepared here by masters of their craft.

A review for tourists and guests of Tashkent. Don't waste your time on advertised pilaf centers and so on. Come right here. That's where it's really delicious. The service was provided by a pleasant woman, excellent Russian, and she told me everything. Everything is sooooo delicious and cheaper than everywhere we've been. Wonderful!

Here, in my opinion, they make the most delicious and high-quality shurpa in Tashkent. Many restaurants prepare the ingredients in advance, perhaps even cook separately, this is usually immediately felt. In Shurva No. 1, the shurva is prepared according to all the rules and from the best ingredients.
When I come here, I always have to eat shurpa. Moreover, such a solid marrow bone is put in the portion that after the shurpa no second courses are needed anymore, it is so satisfying.

It's a dining room right on the road. I haven't tried Shurva. But the lamb kebab is delicious, the meat is soft and juicy. The staff is very friendly. They invite you, they seat you. The service is fast. The price of a stick of barbecue is 20k sum.

It's just a crazy delicious shurpa and they also cook kebabs on the grill. Shurpa is more expensive than in other cafes, but believe me there will be so much meat that you don't have to order a kebab, it costs one shurpa - 50 thousand soup, but it's worth it.

I was not in the Kebab Shop No. 1 myself, because we took the kebab home with us. But it's VERY TASTY.
The pieces of the chicken melt in your mouth, there is not a single vein in the meat. The cradles are very juicy and tender.
