Maruf osh is a wonderful cook who cooks a very tasty pilaf. During lunch, everyone gathers here from different cities and around the city of Samarkand. I recommend a delicious pilaf. 2 large cauldrons make pilaf and there are even not enough for some who are late. Everything is very original, authentic! And the waiters and the decor and the owner himself! Pilaf is disassembled within 40 minutes and there is a queue. But! Untrained people be careful - pilaf is cooked in cottonseed oil. I couldn't even taste it. But this does not mean that the pilaf is not delicious. It means I'm not ready for it!
