We visited the Basilic restaurant, and the overall impression remained mixed. The interior and atmosphere are pleasant, but the service left much to be desired. The waiters were slow, and we had to wait a long time for the order. The food was delicious, but this lack overshadowed the impression. Perhaps this was an isolated incident, but next time I would like a better service. The rating is 3 stars.

Tasty, inexpensive, the service is normal - Basil is still holding up in terms of quality. Parking is difficult, after all, the center and free places are bad. What is absolutely unacceptable is that there is no toilet of its own, there is a common toilet of the business center, which closes at 20.00 and it is unclear where to run after that time...I do not know how much this meets the requirements for catering in Kazakhstan. Two stars for that, no more.
