They do not respond to emails, it is very difficult to get through on the phone, the conversation took 30 minutes, it was difficult to negotiate, the language barrier, as a result, after 30 minutes they say they need a credit card to confirm the reservation. if you do not arrive before 18.00 on the appointed day, then the amount for 1 day will be deducted. I arrived at 16:00, they say the reservation was canceled because the credit card failed. and why should it have passed if the time is 16:00... it is unclear, as a result, I had to pay an additional $ 60 due to the change of course. when booking, they indicated a late check-out, everything was explained that until 15:00 for free, until 18:00 half a day, after 18:00 payment per day, it was confirmed. upon check-in, they said that this was the first time they heard such a thing and it would not work for some unknown reasons. It's a complete mess.
