There is no limit to my indignation. The managers' work is just disgusting, point by point: 1. We needed the 3 largest carpets for the weekend, we chose them from several organizations, but since their carpets are in the business center where we are located, we decided to go to them too. They called on Wednesday to ask if they could bring it on Friday, to which they assured us that they would if we sent the details. They were immediately sent out, as a result, they wanted to bring the carpets on Monday for some unknown reason. However, they were brought in on Saturday after a conflict with this very manager. 2. The carpets were simply thrown at the elevators of the business center, although the office numbers were indicated and the contact of the person who was at the place at the time was given. No one called, of course. 3. We ordered a replacement once a week, on the 7th and 8th floors, they were replaced only on the 7th, the driver did not find it, although they have office numbers on the 8th, by the way, only our carpet is lying. Of course, they accused us of almost hiding it. 4. Calling the manager is a special kind of "pleasure", firstly, it is difficult to get through, and secondly, if you get through even worse: I have not yet met a more unpleasant or unpleasant person/people (I assume that this is one person). Complete lack of involvement in work, bordering on rudeness. I do not recommend it very much!
