I was at The Grill Shack during an evening hike in The Dubai Mall. The location is convenient — on the second floor of the food court, but the establishment has its own separate area with separate tables, which saves from the general fuss. On one side you can see the skating rink, on the other — the open kitchen, it is interesting to watch the process. The staff was pleasantly surprised: the waiters came up almost immediately, helped with the selection (without pressure), and smiled. Special thanks to a guy named Soubir — polite and fast. The order arrived in 10-12 minutes, although there were a lot of people around. The air conditioners are working hard — it can be chilly without a sweatshirt. Background music doesn't interfere with conversation. Tables and trays are clean, napkins are always in the dispenser. The only drawback is that the chairs are hard, and your back gets tired after an hour of sitting. In general, if you need a snack at the mall without queues in the common area of the food court, this is a good option. The prices are average for the Dubai Mall, and everyone accepts the cards. Will I come back? Probably yes, if I'm around.

A great place for lovers of real burgers! We had double Angus beef burgers — just: juicy, hearty and perfectly cooked. Each burger costs about 80 dirhams, but the quality fully justifies the price. The order also included two salads and drinks, the total bill came out to about 560 dirhams. The service is fast and courteous, and the atmosphere is pleasant, especially after shopping at the mall. Tip: be sure to ask for roasting well done — it tastes better and juicier this way. Definitely deserves 5⭐ — I'll come back again!

The fish is delicious, and so is the iced coffee. There are not as many people as there are in fast food, the choice of dishes is large. We didn't regret having dinner.
