It seems they have changed staff and hired some new waiters. I ordered strawberry tea, waitress brought it spilling. It is fine to spill the tea, just, you should inform it before giving it to the customer. Sorry, I spilled the drink. When I was in other café, they spilled a bit of coffee, they brought new coffee. I didn't expect, new cup of tea, but some information beforehand would be nice. French toast with vanilla ice cream was burnt a bit. I have ordered this dish at least 4 times in different Bon, it was never burnt. And burning toast is not an easy task P. S. The review was written in April, I think Yandex had some issues saving it

For me, one of tue best cafes in Tashkent. Not too expensive (no service fee!) really nice coffee, nice selection of sandwiches and baked goods. Atmosphere is very cozy and warm. Wait times are quite short I would say. And the staff (especially waiters) are very friendly and professional
