I haven't been to this bank for a long time, and I noticed on a visit yesterday that the service and professionalism of the staff leaves much to be desired. At the checkout, the cashier just yelled at me because I didn't tell her what currency my card was in, but by the way, I'm completely unaware of what the cashier sees when I put the card to the terminal, and it's probably her responsibility to clarify what currency I withdraw money in. Basic courtesy , standards of service are forgotten here . Management should pay attention to this.

Eternal queues Rude employees The exchange rate, which is 10-15 cents less than on the website. The worst bank in history. Upd. New Year's Eve, 2026. Absolutely nothing has changed. There are eternal queues, the cashier closes and the employee runs away for a half-hour smoke break, 30 people are waiting, and people are sent to the second cashier without waiting in line from consultants. A total of one hour and 20 minutes in line at the checkout
