Great place. Very beautiful inside, with SPA, with its own restaurant.. Good service, a large choice of dishes for breakfast. The rooms are clean, very polite staff. We really enjoyed our stay during the Eve of the New Year, from 30 Dec 2025 to Jan 2, 2026. The New Year Tree in the entry hall of Sultan Palace is the best in Atyrau, a really wonderful art piece.

Nice hotel! Decent clean rooms. I got one star for room service. During the day of my absence from the room, the bottles of water and shampoos that had previously run out were not added.
