The Best in Atyrau

Alas, it didn't work out.
I give a star for the appearance, it is beautiful, the territory is pleasant. There are controversial visual solutions inside, but overall it's good. Another star for the pool, it is there, the water is of good temperature, it looks nice, there is a sauna.
Service - there is a place to grow, the card was demagnetized, the first room had the smell of a toilet, they moved to another room where the ventilation was working noisily. The room was not cleaned on the second day. The water has not been changed. We wanted to check the room during the eviction... Is it typical for 5 stars?
The restaurant is cozy, but the food is not worth half the requested price, there are many very good places nearby for the same price, just cross the road.

The hotel was visited for two days and one night. The room is single, matches the photos on their website. The furniture is good, durable, everything is in its place. The linen is clean and fresh. Cleaning is done daily. Of the cons. Very antediluvian TVs are worth it! Of the channels, they are exclusively local, where ads run for 5-7 minutes, every 15. It's just impossible to watch. There is no choice of channels from the word at all. Due to its antiquity, the TV does not connect to the Internet. So if you do not understand the Kazakh language, then you will be very bored in the evening. A visit to the restaurant will not add to your fun either. There are very few people there, but it's quiet. If there are no noisy guests. I didn't go to breakfast, I won't say what was there. They didn't put soap in the toilet, well, it's not scary, I used shampoo.
The staff certainly tries, but does not reach the stated 5 stars.
The cuisine in the restaurant is not bad, it is delicious. The prices are a little too high in my opinion, of course, but not the point. One huge disadvantage of the kitchen. I ordered the second one, but then it turned out that a colleague was supposed to drive up and I asked him not to bring my order yet, they say you will bring two together at once. They said no problem. And they brought it, but my order was cold!
In general, the hotel has a lot to grow and improve.

I always stay at this hotel when I visit Atyrau. There is an aura of homely comfort, oriental hospitality and a unique national flavor. The architecture and interior decoration are simply mesmerizing. It feels like you're in a fairy tale with a happy ending!!!

Dinner or lunch is also not very expensive and varied. The pool is clean, there is a steam room separately for men and separately for women. The cleanest rooms and the hotel itself are very clean , well done, snow-white linen, accessories in the room, bathrobe, slippers, water in the room in the refrigerators a lot of things. Not very good Wi-Fi loses connection all the time. Another disadvantage is the constant blocking of the room key by about 12 p.m. the key is blocked, you have to go to the reception to update it. We definitely recommend the hotel, we will come and stay here again.

I liked the hotel. Everything works, a comfortable shower in the room, clean and cozy. Delicious food, fresh, at any time. The waiters work fast. The taxi is served directly to the exit, which is also convenient. The reception is responding. The only disadvantage is the location is not in the center, but you can get to the center in 5 minutes. But it's closer to the airport.

I stayed at this hotel for work and I can appreciate this institution as very comfortable and hospitable in all respects for guests and their visitors. The exterior and interior correspond to each other, the classic style surrounds with comfort, and room service allows you to enjoy dinner or lunch without leaving the room, which is especially convenient if you are on the road. The kitchen is very decent by 4 points out of five, then no one will stay hungry, but without frills. However, they are not required, because in Atyrau there are a number of establishments specializing in fully satisfying the taste preferences of visitors.
In general, an excellent hotel for both a short stay and a long stay.

A chic hotel, everything is on the level. The rooms are clean, very conveniently located, as it were, and practically near the airport, but you can't hear the planes taking off either. On the ground floor there is a very good restaurant where they make just wonderful beef steaks. Even when I'm just transiting through Atyrau, I stop there to eat these fabulously delicious steaks.

Atyrau is a town with a Kazakh flavor, but it's hard to get there after crossing the border. The 350km long road seemed like an eternity. We stayed at the hotel on the recommendation and did not regret it. Cozy, comfortable with a local flavor, but a little expensive per day. Breakfast is included, buffet, great, but considering the time difference with Russia, it's a little early. Cleanly. Friendly staff. It's a strange place. 2 km from the airport, outside the city limits. There is nothing around. It is impossible to reach anything. Just a taxi. The entourage of the palace is smeared with peeling paint and worn wallpaper. Shower products of low quality and with a masculine fragrance. The restaurant is tasteless, but the breakfasts are OK. Cleaning is funny - dusting is not included in the cleaning. The wifi is weak, but it works. Pros - the room is large, the bed is comfortable, the linen is clean.
