Vladimir's disgusting attitude towards customers. Rudeness and insults are welcome at this pick-up point. They refused to return the product after fitting, due to the "slightly wet thing". Man is not disposed to people. Such people should be prohibited from working at pick-up points. It takes the goods extremely slowly, which delays the buyers.
