We flew Etihad Moscow-Abu Dhabi-Bangkok and back. The overall impression is positive.Nice, clean, modern planes, with very good legroom (but it differs on different rows).There are many films in Russian, there are games and cartoons.There are chargers, they give everyone headphones, blankets, pillows, eye masks, and cream at once..backpacks for children.I read that it's cold on planes, but we were very comfortable on all 4 flights (a long-sleeve sweatshirt).the toilets are clean and there were no queues)) .The guides on board are English-speaking, but we came across Russian speakers twice).There seemed to be a choice of alcohol (we don't drink, so I can't say for sure what's there).I honestly expected more from the food (( You won't starve..but somehow it's not "wow" for ak, which positions itself as a premium.I think even the food at Aeroflot is better. Here are soft drinks in a wide range and almost always available. Nobody even looked at hand luggage, and people are dragging suitcases into the cabin that are quite healthy (we won't buy luggage next time))) .Pilots are smart..The flights were excellent and we arrived even earlier than scheduled and had a good transfer to Abu Dhabi. In general, I liked everything, but the food should definitely be improved somehow!

Excellent airline, cleanliness, staff, food, everything is excellent. We flew to Male with a transfer to Abu Dhabi, my husband became ill on the plane, professional help was provided, the flight attendant spoke Russian fluently (calmed down the entire flight to Abu Dhabi), we took off the flight, stayed in Abu Dhabi, and promptly called an ambulance. We arrived at the airport after 12 hours from the hospital and were put on the next flight to Male (for free). Insurance is probably included in the ticket price (I did not know). In general, they gave us juices and water for the trip, free vouchers for the food court at the airport, there was an Egyptian at the information desk, he spoke Russian very well. I am very grateful for everything!
