Nice hotel, located close to the metro, close to Dubai Marina and Dubai Mall.

The food selection is good, everything is delicious, but almost all the seats are occupied, it's hard to sit down somewhere. I had to wait for an empty table with plates.
We took the meals - breakfast + dinner. There was a blessing for dinner - there are few people, you can safely choose and eat. Every evening there is a themed dinner. We liked it.
Once there was a seafood evening, the seafood selection was excellent.
The hotel has a small pool, and there are very few sun beds, but sometimes we managed to find empty seats. The view from the pool is beautiful, at the skyscrapers.

But it must be borne in mind that after 9 a.m. until 10:30 a lot of people gather and take turns to enter the restaurant. Why I put 4: the gas stove broke in the room (apartment 2 bedrooms, living room, two bathrooms, kitchen), the master was called, he came to fix it according to the temporary scheme, said he would finish it the next day - he did not come. And secondly, there are elevators: there seem to be a lot of 9 pcs, but sometimes it is difficult to get there, you have to wait a long time. The card system of the elevator ride is just annoying. Of the disadvantages, the hotel is large, there are a lot of people in it, especially we felt it on a trip in November - we had to call several times and ask to bring towels after cleaning the room. Well, there is a certain kipish of people at breakfast.

A great hotel, it is perfectly located right next to the metro station, there are three metro stations to the Marina (we went to the beach there because it is difficult to get on the shuttle), in the other direction of the Dubai Mall. The rooms are spacious, the service is wonderful, the food is delicious and varied, the fruits are different: pineapples, melons, watermelons, oranges, bananas, apples all the time, once a week there were lychees and mangosteen. We stayed here in December 2024. We traveled with a team of athletes and coaches. The rooms here are huge and comfortable. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and toilet. Daily room cleaning. Spacious and comfortable. Russian-speaking staff who promptly solves any issue. Excellent location, 1 minute from the metro, so it is very convenient to get anywhere in Dubai. Friendly staff. We stayed at this hotel from February 22 to February 28, 2025.
Pros: Buffet and a wide variety of dishes, nice pool and sauna, located right next to the metro. Our room was a double room and very large. Linen was changed every day.

The location and views are just great! There is supply ventilation, so we did not open the windows /balconies, otherwise even on the 36th floor it is noisy. Breakfasts with a small selection, but sufficient (it is better to arrive before 8.30, otherwise there will be no places). They give umbrellas to the beach, but there are very few of them (apparently, no one knows about this possibility, so we had enough; but we literally took the last umbrella - and the same one every day)
However, the elevators cannot cope with the load (at 9-10 and 19-20 hours you can wait for 20 minutes), almost all sockets are broken, adapters too, sinks are clogged, one air conditioner adjustment for 2 rooms ...
Construction has begun on the side of the hotel and a lot of garbage (including household)

We stayed there 2 times. There are 2 transfers to the bay. Baths, swimming pool on the 7th floor are free of charge. We had breakfast and dinner, everything was delicious. Depending on the hotel's workload, the food is served. For the first time in 2023, there was a richer choice, but in 2024 there was enough of it. Bonuses-there is an entrance to the subway nearby and you can get wherever you want and do not need to overpay. For the same money, the service is worse in the center. The second bonus is that there is a local liquor store within a 5-minute walk.

Everything was pretty good until the moment of departure.
We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights, from 16.01 to 18.01.25. A family room with 2 bedrooms for 2 children and 2 adults.
The hotel was chosen because it was close to the subway in order to go to the amusement park one day, in fact, just to spend the night and have a snack. Then we moved to a hotel on the coast.
Overall, the room is large, comfortable, and the view is good. Meals for 4. But there are a lot of buts:
1. Queues for breakfast and elevators
2. In the pool, my son developed a terrible allergy to water, and his eyes became swollen. This has never happened before. The other hotel, where we went next, also had pools. And there was no such allergy anymore.
3. The kettle was broken in the room, replaced on request
4. There were no towels for 4 people, 2 sets were brought upon request
5. They turned a blind eye to cleanliness and stains on carpets and furniture.
6. Well, I will describe the most basic below.:
We were going to leave the hotel earlier than 12:00, at 8:00 we were scheduled to leave for an excursion to the desert. Since there are long queues for breakfast and the elevator, we decided to go straight downstairs, leave our suitcase, have breakfast and wait for the driver. We went to the reception, warned, handed over the keys and left the suitcase in the luggage room. We calmly went to breakfast, and when we returned after breakfast, we were informed that a marble countertop was broken in one of the bathrooms.
We are in shock, we didn't break anything, we didn't drop it, in order to break it, something heavy had to fall there, and we only had toothbrushes there. To make sure that the numbers were not confused, we took the elevator to check. We actually found a chip on the countertop and the supervisor showed us some kind of bag with small fragments, but the chip was decent enough. And there was no big splinter anywhere.
We are shocked, they tell us to pay 2500 dirhams.
We should have filmed it all, but we were just shocked by what was happening. As a result of these 40-minute showdowns, I accidentally discovered on the videos that I shot when I checked in that the chip had already been there before us. Or the fragment was glued and peeled off after our departure, because we did not pay attention to it when we arrived.
They let us go and gave us the suitcase. But the mood and impressions were ruined, the stress of these showdowns was also experienced! We were almost late for the tour.
And if it wasn't for the video, I would have had to pay this huge amount of money. It's not clear, is this how the hotel breeds tourists? Or did the staff not notice this chip from past guests, and decided to pin it on us? Is there some kind of deception or misunderstanding? But definitely not caring about your customers and your reputation.
I hope my experience will help you avoid trouble, and I advise you to check everything thoroughly and take a video when checking in. And do not check in your luggage during the eviction, otherwise it will be held hostage.

A great hotel. We had a room with 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms on the 32nd floor. Great location. Metro, bus-everything is nearby. The kitchen is wonderful. There's something new every night. It's good that it's fashionable to swap the sides. I take off the star for the service / cleaning. We could not bring bed linen for the child on the extra bed and towels all day. I'm not talking about bathrobes and shampoo. As a result, we already went to "inspect" the utility room at night. We got almost everything. Even a pillow. The kit was delivered the next day after 10!!!! Reminders. Well, the little things. The robe was not brought at all.
There is a bus to the beaches. But it's really hard to get on it. Did you use public transport
Overall, it was a very pleasant experience

A great hotel in Dubai. The location is at 10. When you leave the hotel, you immediately get into the air-conditioned subway. We took accommodation with breakfast. Nutrition is above all praise. We had a room for two. So it has its own kitchen, a hall, a bedroom, a huge hallway, a bathroom with a bathtub, a balcony (which is rare), and even a separate room for a washing machine. There is a swimming pool. They take you to different beaches according to the schedule. For sports enthusiasts, there is a gym. Friendly staff. Everything is prompt and clean. There are no complaints. If we go to Dubai again, then only here. The price/quality just match perfectly.

It takes a very long time to carry the same towels, it takes a long time to prepare a third place to sleep. I had to wait 3 hours after arrival, which is until 2 a.m., until they brought a bed set for a third person.
Therefore, every time you lack the necessary bathroom accessories + bottles of water, do not hesitate to call the reception several times, otherwise you will not wait.

We had a suite on the 31st floor - it is a very spacious modern two-room suite. The pool is not bad, there is a heated children's pool, a Jacuzzi with hot water outdoors. Cons: the breakfasts are monotonous, there is a very limited choice of dishes, it gets boring on day 3. You have to ask the staff for everything all the time: they will not bring water themselves, towels will be taken away and new ones will not be brought, bathrobes and slippers on request, etc. The hotel accommodates about 3,000 people and was 98% loaded (in the first half of April), respectively, you need to wait a long time for the elevator and get up early for breakfast to avoid queues for food and find an empty table. I would hardly stay here a second time, only if I didn't have breakfast. Next to the gas station, you can have a budget breakfast at Papa John's, there is a great pizza (or rather, take it with you to your room) or at burger King. There is a business center across the street, there are a couple of great cafes there. Little Bangkok with Asian food and Japanese cuisine, there are only rolls.
