I dry-clean every coat here every year. There are no complaints. They always warn you about deadlines and possible postponements due to contamination, and they'll tell you about promotions and discounts. My things get dirty a lot, and I'm never sure if things will be completely restored to their original appearance (I don't require it). But things are always as good as new.
