I picked up my phone here a couple of days ago. I went for 15 iPhones, I didn't need anything else, I thought about this purchase in advance. A female consultant came up to me, and I asked her a question: which one is better, 15 or 13? The girl lied to me, saying that 13 is no longer updated. Later, I found out that it was being updated, just a bit dumb. They started offering me 17, but my job is either to accept or refuse. At my refusal, the girl starts rolling her eyes and sighing heavily. I understand that this is how they make sales, but to show such dissatisfaction is at least unpleasant. Otherwise, everything was fine, but lying, or knowing all the subtleties of the phone, is no longer professional.
