The refueling is small, and it immediately creates a certain impression. Often small gas stations have their pros and cons.
As for the service, the use of a high-quality French dog and coffee play an important role in the overall impression of the point. French dogs are disgusting, which indicates poor-quality service and disregard for customer needs. Coffee of the same poor quality can also significantly spoil the mood. In modern gas stations, customers increasingly expect to be offered pleasant coffee or snacks in addition to standard refueling services.

If the internal quality of services leaves much to be desired, then perhaps the situation with the car wash is no better.
The option "to go here only to refuel" is quite common in cases of unsatisfactory maintenance of other services. Perhaps it makes sense to recommend that this gas station conduct an audit of its service in order to improve the situation and attract more customers. My favorite gas station, always free, courteous staff, a car wash nearby, a good assortment of the store, and technical liquids, and food products, even eclairs were available)

A small gas station, and I haven't seen any queues at the pumps so far.
There is usually 1 person working at the checkout and there may be queues (if you are lucky), otherwise, the standard refueling of this brand
