On 24.04 at 16:20, I arrived to refuel the car for 20 bel. rubles. I handed the cashier (Sivitsky I. V.) 100 bel. rubles, and he gave me 75 bel. rubles in change, although he should have given 80. He started counting out the change in small change so that I wouldn't immediately count this pile of small change. When I asked to give me change in big money, he changed the money for big ones, but still 5 rubles were not enough. He also pretended that he had given everything correctly. Then he refused to show his name badge and did not want to introduce himself. This is not the first time they have tried to cheat on change at your gas station. Please take some measures. You hire employees who steal other people's money. If it wasn't for the two small children in the car, I would have written a complaint on the spot, but there was no time for this at all.

I constantly refueled on the a100, pleasant promotions, convenient shops, until last winter I filled up a low-quality 95th at this particular gas station, as a result, the new car barely started, the problem went away when I rolled out the tank and refueled at another gas station. I don't recommend it.

I used to like refueling at this station. We have now recruited incompetent advertising staff. 1) they talk about fuel promotions After payment. But apparently the staff doesn't know about it. 2) Some completely incomprehensible amateur activity regarding fuel shares. Now cashback is provided for refueling from 35 rubles. The first time I refueled at 30, I found out about it only after paying. The second time I decided to refuel for 35 rubles, And they punched 34.99 for me. accordingly, there was no cashback. At other a100 gas stations, they ALWAYS ASK me if it's better to make 35.01 rubles or 36, so that it turns out beautifully in liters and the promotion is activated, but here they don't know about this. 3) Food offers are reported before payment. It's completely unclear why the hell I should offer hot dogs or coffee at the gas station, I came to fill up the tank of my race. If I'm hungry, I'll ask myself. It is better to report about fuel promotions first, and then about hot dogs, burgers and tea with raspberry jam ... 4) when someone orders coffee, the operator can turn on the coffee machine and serve the next driver, however, cases have become more frequent when instead the operator watches the operation of the coffee machine for 15 minutes, collecting huge queues at the gas station.

A good and small refueling. I used to stop by after work, but now I'm not on my way. I am very grateful for the application "Dzyakui" - it allows you to pay for fuel and not wait for the calculation at the checkout. On the plus side: I use a car card and have increased cashback at all a-100 gas stations.

I refueled and asked for a receipt AFTER refueling. And I should have known about it myself.Although at most gas stations, the receipt is issued after the end of refueling, when you hang up the gun in place.
