But no one had warned us about the absence of a doctor before. I arrived with my child and paid for the appointment, as they said that the doctor would be suitable. And someone wrote to the medical staff after I paid for the appointment that there would be no doctor. I had to make a refund with a qr code. The money is gone, no refund has been received. I called the People's Bank. At this time, the receptionist tells another woman who also came to the pediatrician's appointment that the pediatrician is going to work anyway, although it's already 18:00. It can be concluded that it is this Zhumutbaeva who comes to work whenever she wants, if she does not want to come. What an irresponsibility. Moreover, the guard does not watch his tongue. It is necessary to dismiss such doctors as Zhumutbayev and a stupid security guard
