On the way to Atyrau from Kostanay, we stopped at this hotel. There is parking, and there is a shower in the room after a long journey. There is a dining room on the ground floor. All conditions for rest on the road.

The review is specifically for the winter period, it was not in the summer. The linen does not inspire confidence, the floors are cold. The water is hot, there is a weak outflow. It's cold at night, they slept in their clothes, someone even in a jacket and under a blanket, the kitchen is acceptable for their money. You can eat, something even very tasty. The staff is excellent, everyone is friendly, if there is something missing in the room, they will quickly fix it. 4 stars only because of the staff.

The VIP room is just awful. The smell in the rooms is a separate story, the mattress is such that the springs dig into the back, the rooms are cold in winter, in general, just tin. I didn't take a photo. There's no point. There are huge cracks in the walls. That's the whole review. (the review was rewritten, otherwise I offended someone by clarifying my review. Fu)
