The organization of public transport is below the baseboard, as there are very few routes.Buses rarely run in the evening and somehow "in a bunch". They all passed at once with an interval of a couple of minutes and people with children stand for a long time in the cold, breathe dirty air and think with "joy" and what the hell do we need such leaders if they have been there for years and five years now.
