The one-window service works abominably. It was necessary to apply for benefits in connection with the birth of a child. We waited in line for almost 2 hours with a newborn baby. Of the 6 windows, only 2 were working, and people were called not one after the other, but with breaks of 10-15 minutes. And why is there no separate queue for people with young children and for the disabled? There is a separate queue for pensioners only.

There is complete rudeness and indecency here. It seems that the administration of the Oktyabrsky District feels completely unpunished. My mother, an involid of the second group, came about the housing issue, so she was almost dragged out of the door from the reception and told to go and complain wherever you want. And the receptionist lied at all about the written response, on 10/24/24 she said that she had sent the answer, and it was ordered on 10/29.24 that she had not even printed it. What is this administration for? They only live at the expense of people, and they eat their faces. They would have lived in the conditions that we live in. There are cracks on the walls everywhere, the ceiling will soon fall on your head.
