I have been using the gym of the adrenaline fitness club for 9 months. In general, there is a good gym, friendly staff at the reception, there is all the necessary equipment to load all muscle groups, there is always a trainer on duty ready to help with business and advice. Yesterday, the coach on duty came up to me and advised me to use perfume, because some client does not like the smell of sweat coming from me. It was extremely unpleasant to hear such advice. That's why I'd better find another gym.
If you want to work out in the gym on Goshkevich 3, keep in mind that some of the coaches of this gym consider it ethical to make comments about your naturally performed sweat. At the same time, please note that according to clause 8.1. of the rules for visiting the Adrenaline fitness club, it is not recommended to use perfumes with a pungent smell before class.

Great gym!
I have been visiting Adrenaline in Loshitsa for about two years now.I like the fact that you come to a comfortable atmosphere. At the beginning, you are always greeted with a smile by the pleasant girls from the reception.
There is no pathos, people have come to train. Everything is calm, everyone is busy with their own business.
The hall is not large, but there is enough space for everyone, you can choose a convenient time for yourself so as not to get to rush hours.
Good simulators, convenient to work with, there is something to compare.
If you have a question or need help, you can contact the coach in the gym or at the reception, they are always responsive, it's nice.
A coach with a higher sports education, not with courses.They will advise you, help you if you need help or if you are doing something wrong. They are not indifferent.
From personal experience, I can recommend such coaches as Andrienko, Porimon, Lyubimov, Barsukov, Shachek.Watching the work in the hall and seeing how their clients are changing for the better.Before and after.
This is the most basic thing I wanted to say.For those who still doubt the choice.

The prices are acceptable. There are discounts for students.
And there is also a huge selection of professional trainers available.
You can also practice individually.
The coach is not leaving. Shows, tells and corrects, if anything. They talk about nutrition and so on.
I signed up for three months from the start.
I hope it will be as pleasant as it is now: after 2 weeks, three times.

But sometimes there is not enough space during rush hour. 4 stars because there is a hall on Mayakovsky 115 nearby, where there is much more space and a sauna as a pleasant addition. Bottom line: a good gym if you're looking for something close to home. If you need to drive, then it's better to go to the Mayakovsky gym.

A beginner, knowing that he does not have a perfect body, comes to the gym to become better and it is already a victory for him just to come to training. The coach should push his students forward and ignite their interest in the lessons. And you demotivate him and after such a "coach", he (or she) will no longer come to you, but to any gym in the world, deciding that sport is not for them.
