I applied to the Romantsova, Boncheva and Partners Law Firm twice, first there was a dispute with the pension fund. PF refused to charge a pension, since my work experience was not confirmed, in connection with the liquidation of the enterprise with which I was in an employment relationship. According to the court's rulings, the PF's actions were declared illegal, which in turn was confirmed by the Kiev Court of Appeal. Thus, thanks to the lawyers of the Law Firm, I was able to get my legal pension. Also, the lawyers canceled the court order on the collection of arrears in payment for housing and communal services, thereby freeing me from paying the illegally counted debt.
