I also preserved/unpacked the boards earlier without complaints, I haven't encountered lousy service yet - I don't remember if I serviced their bikes, but it seems there was something about the little things. I also bought a rental helmet for some reason - it just fit the size. I didn't know that motherboards and other controllers could be repaired there :-)))))
