They said that they were sold a damaged spare part and they are no longer in RB (you need to wait at least a month for an order)

Next, about the mountain master: instead of replacing two spokes and adjusting the spokes to align the rim, I was asked to replace the rim, reshape the entire rim, it turned out that the ratchet was backlash, you need to replace the rear tire too!!! I counted about 150 rubles of repairs. As a result, it turned out that even the right rim was not found (fortunately). Well, before you offer, check the availability and do not mislead the client. The most negative impression remained after visiting your institution.
For comparison, at Uruche in the bike workshop, the guys replaced the spokes with me in 10 minutes, leveled the rim for 15 rubles!!!

Awful. I will never return to this organization again. The company positions itself as a rental of only the best professional equipment, as they themselves write on their website: "Moreover, all models are in good condition and technically sound. You will not find "killed" equipment here!", and this has become the decisive criterion when choosing a place to rent. I honestly gave the company a second chance, hoping that the first time I was just unlucky. But the second time it was even worse. I was greeted by an unfriendly, tired of life manager. I didn't see or hear a smile or even a greeting. After that, we were given the videos that were killed in the trash. We were in a hurry and did not consider them (and this became our mistake, which cost us money). We discovered this when we were already putting them on before skating. On closer inspection, it turned out that my pair were different rollers, which it was simply impossible to ride. The second pair was in an even more deplorable state.
The mood was terribly spoiled, there was no talk of any rest. Hoping to get the money back, because we didn't ride the rollers for even 10 minutes, we went to take them. In response to our request for a refund, because we are returning the equipment due to its malfunction, we heard that the maximum that we will be refunded is half the cost. And although the question is not about money, it was the decisive factor to write this review. I do not advise anyone, wasted time, spoiled mood and terrible equipment, that's what awaits you when choosing this place to rent.
