A good hotel for budget accommodation. We lived in a hotel during our studies. Very convenient. By room: decorative plaster walls, and although of course the old tiles in the bathroom, parquet, but not the old furniture, updated textiles, very clean!. There are Rooms with a shower, some with a bathtub. It seems that all rooms have a bidet. The sunny side of the rooms overlooks the city (the national library is visible), the Northern side overlooks the gorgeous coniferous forest and the sound of birds. (you can walk along the trails, athletes run there). It's a little chilly in the non-heating season, of course, but there aren't many heaters on the walls and it's better to choose the sunny side of the building. catering: there is a cafe and a restaurant with a lunch menu (opening hours are limited, you can order something in advance). There is a sports complex nearby and there is a Manila restaurant. On the ground floor, in the staff's meal room, they are allowed to use a microwave. There is a cooler with hot and cold water on each floor with rooms. From the station, take the metro to Moskovskaya station, then around the bend Volgogradskaya Street there is trolleybus number 1 to the Agat stop. and in the opposite direction from Agat to the nearest metro station "Vostok" already take trolleybus 1 (There is a shopping center with a Green "Dana Mall"). We stayed in Agate for the first time, on the advice of friends. Soviet service) it's clean, it's clear that it was recently renovated. Friendly receptionist and security guard. But that's it.
Disgusting beds- I don't recommend those with back problems. Pillows- it feels like they've folded a sheet into 4 layers. There are glasses, but no kettle. It's good that the cooler is in the hall.
The hotel has a bar and a restaurant. But the attitude towards clients is so-so. At the entrance to the bar and restaurant, there is only one question - what do you need?)
In the bar, with the menu posted, we were politely sent away, saying that there was nothing but coffee. The restaurant offered lunch, but it was tasteless.
In general, if you are a fan of the Scoop, then everything is fine, but if you want more, alas.

An amazing place, cozy, clean, delicious air, friendly hotel staff. The room overlooked a piece of the city, where you could watch the sunset and a piece of pine forest. A great accommodation option, especially if you are traveling by car. There are no problems with parking, the location is close to the ring road. We can talk about the need for a small cosmetic repair, but overall we were very satisfied with the stay. The rooms are spacious, there are elevators, everything works in the room: refrigerator, TV, heater. The loggia offers a stunning view of the coniferous forest, the air is wonderful, especially in the morning. And most importantly, the staff. A modest hotel! The room is very modest (like my grandmother's in the village)! But the bed linen is clean and as new as the towels too!!! This is the only place in Minsk where there was a place !There was no hot water on the day of the overnight stay! And the kettle is 1 downstairs in the cafe! Breakfast lunch must be pre-ordered and the food will be delivered! You can buy tea, coffee, and buns in the cafe!There were a lot of grandmothers in the morning, this kind of hotel is just right for the elderly!
At the reception, pleasant and helpful people met us at 23-00 at night and gave us dishes and a kettle! Thank you for the warm welcome for this all 5 stars!

The hotel is located in a wooded area, far from industrial enterprises, clean air, cleanliness, the staff is very friendly, everything in the rooms is modest but very neat, 20 minutes walk to Independence Avenue, but you can also use transport. The best thing is the view from the window and that's it! The rest leaves much to be desired. The smell in the room is as if a hundred people smoked at the same time for 10 years in a row. And in general, the whole situation is not pleasant. Now let's focus on the disadvantages. The mentioned breakfast is a glass of tea and a bun. We are not bourgeois, we don't need to eat a lot! The hotel restaurant is only engaged in catering events, you can't just eat for money. By the way, the hotel is located on the outskirts, it is better to get to the nearest cafe by car. If at the same time you want to drink, then take a taxi - Minsk policemen are incorruptible and severely punish drunk drivers. There are a lot of things in the rooms! There are no bathrobes, no slippers, no hygiene kits with a toothbrush either. Since there is socialism in the hotel, no, it means not at all, not for any money. But there are hair dryers - exactly two for the whole hotel, and you have to take a queue for them. We are not bourgeois - we wash every day! The usual services in capitalist hotels like laundry, gym, ordering food in the room - well, you already understand... In general, the hotel is firmly worth two stars. Here I put four - for good staff, Parking space and almost always available free places (I wonder why that would be ...).

We lived in two double rooms for a week. Clean, tidy, cozy. The interior is in the style of the USSR, completely authentic (except for modern plastic windows), so for those who are interested in how it was - an additional educational moment.
Unfortunately, in some places the interior details have worn out, door hinges and latches require minor repairs and maintenance. The beds are sturdy, the bed linen is of exemplary cleanliness, as are the towels.
Our price included mini breakfasts: a glass of coffee or tea and pastries. Nearby, in the same building, there is a cafe, at least you can have lunch. There is a small parking lot. There is a water system and catamaran rental nearby, and a forest area behind the hotel.
There are several bus and trolleybus stops nearby, 15-20 minutes walk to the metro, the national library is also located there, one of the sights of Minsk.

A wonderful hotel in a green, quiet place, not far from the central avenue - Independence Avenue (20 minutes to the Vostok metro station at a leisurely pace). The area around the hotel is clean and well maintained. A three-minute walk from the hotel is a water system - there are ducks, a family of swans. Boating and water biking are also available.
There is a forest near the hotel where you can walk (there are well-trodden paths, lighting).
There is a sports complex next door.
The hotel has sooo delicious pastries for breakfast, tea.

The bathroom is separate. The toilet is small and clean. The bathroom is clean, nothing leaks.
The infrastructure is well developed - there are many shops nearby, a pharmacy, a bus and trolleybus stop.

I liked the hotel right away, the reception immediately offered to choose a room from the available ones to your taste, the room on the 8th floor was completely satisfied, any troubles were solved very quickly and promptly. We fulfilled all the requests we had. They were supposed to leave on 2.10.23, but they extended the room for another day. The room stock is very old, the doors from post-Soviet times are skewed, they do not close well, the plumbing is in the same sad condition, dirty carpets, bed linen does not match the size of the bed, there is nothing to say about pillows, creaky floors and it is very cold - and this is in early October! Only for 3 nights I fell asleep under 3 blankets, while a small air fan was able to warm up the room. The location of the hotel is far from the city center, it is difficult to get there, taxis are correspondingly much more expensive, shops are at a distance of 1 km. The food in the cafe is imported, very tasty, like coffee, in general, not the best place to relax!

They froze at night, the heating batteries did not work (month of October). According to the price tag, the hotel is not expensive. The location is beautiful.
