This is just a must-visit place. A must for those who are interested in the history of Soviet Armenia and architecture.
Infocards on tree branches are useful, beautiful, unusual.
A little further there is an abandoned pioneer camp. I recommend it to lovers of abandoned houses.

The villa is beautiful, but there is a guard at the entrance who asks not to go. The villa itself is fenced with cameras, the entrance to the territory is also with a gate
