at the first communication with the manager, I reserved spare parts, received an invoice, which I immediately paid. I sent the payment card to the post office, phoned and received confirmation that the product was waiting for me. I am not in Minsk, so I came to pick up after 3 weeks, the goods were not in stock. without words of apology, they faced the fact - either wait a week for the next delivery, or the money will be returned to the account. No compromise solutions were considered. they talked from the chief accountant to the director dismissively, tried to make me feel guilty, and stooped to directly insulting me. It's a pity I didn't write the conversation, I could have attracted administrative help. I highly recommend it. ps. I spent an hour searching the Internet, found a similar product 20% cheaper. in a large company, by the way, with a very consonant name, most likely this office is trying to use the fame of a major player. but they couldn't copy the service.
