A good farmstead for a company of 15+ people. One of the disadvantages is a shower, it's a bit difficult in the morning, there's a toilet on each floor! There is a large banquet hall, video surveillance in the hall, and a kitchen with dishes. But it's better to take your own knives.
The sauna is nearby, there is a great steam room, there is a place to relax after the steam room. Beautiful well-kept courtyard. There is a hotel house with 2 rooms for two, but there is no toilet, in winter it is not convenient to go to the main house!
We will definitely come back again in the summer!
The owner of the house is very cool and adequate, fulfills all requests quickly! Respect!

On 14.12 I celebrated my anniversary at the manor. I was satisfied. The hostess, Svetlana, is a diplomat of the highest class, and she made me fall in love with her estate, which I no longer considered other options. Her son, Nikolai, helped me with everything and advised me on how to make my holiday even better. He even helped unload the car. Next is the cook! They are also offered on the estate. I had as many as 2 cooks. One was Sergey - he cooked stuffed chickens, carp and steaks! Shikardos! 5* out of 5! Next, Nikita, the chef of the Gostiny restaurant, handled the entire banquet. I didn't order a turnkey table from him. I bought the groceries myself according to his list. It was very tasty. But feel free to divide the number of products by 2. There is a lot missing! But the guests were satisfied. It was delicious. 5* out of 5! The waitress girl worked very well for 2 days. I handled all 27 guests. Friendly and attentive. 5* out of 5! A small number of guests used the sauna. We did not take photos on the territory. It was dark. But the photo zone in the house is sooo impressive. I recommend it to everyone!

We had a rest with the team. I organized a party for my Ewa Product partners. Nikolai is a very pleasant host. He always offered to help. The estate is large. Spacious. The girls and I had plenty of room to dance and sing. And plus the sauna was included! We will definitely come back! Thanks for a great vacation

The owner is pleasant, he was ready to help with all issues - from fuel for the grill to additional baking sheets. A large hall for a company, comfortably accommodates 20-22 people. There are two rooms on the second floor, each with sofas (sleeping places), so they can be divided into male and female. There is a separate barbecue area, a recreation area with swings, a well-maintained courtyard.
There are plenty of dishes and appliances in the kitchen.
The only negative was the slightly musty smell of cold tap water.

The christening was celebrated at the manor. I liked everything: the cuisine and service (NK-catering) are at the highest level, delicious, satisfying, beautiful and the delivery is timely and taking into account all wishes. To the owner of the estate, Nikolai, special thanks for the attentive attitude to the guests. It is very pleasant and I want to return to a place where any issues that sometimes arise unexpectedly are carefully resolved.
P.S. Ear for the 2nd day for guests is a separate pleasant bonus from the owners of the estate. Delicious, satisfying - that's what you need!

The house does not match the photos from the websites. They constantly ask you to turn down the music, close all windows and doors, and you can't even talk outside at night. Everything in the house is very dirty, including the dishes. After the prepayment, it turns out that the dishes need to be washed themselves. The most terrible farmhouse. 08/06/2019 the wedding was celebrated at the Tsnyanskaya agricultural estate.And they didn't doubt their choice for a second.The owner of the estate, Nikolai, was pleased to familiarize us with the territory, showed us what and how it functions.For 2 days we were provided with a banquet hall on the ground floor and places to stay overnight on the second (this was important, there were many visiting guests), and a house for the young.
Everything was ready for the arrival of the guests, a buffet was organized, and a pyramid of champagne was organized as a gift!The design of the on-site registration and the stylish design of the hall thanks to Victoria did not leave anyone indifferent.The cuisine and the work of the waiters from Catering Grand Deluxe deserves great praise.Everything was delicious, the serving on the mirrors was just space, the waiters were always attentive and very friendly.
On the second day, Nikolai cooked delicious fish soup for all the guests and provided all the tools for the barbecue.Thank you so much for making our holiday truly unforgettable!
