An excellent farmhouse for a secluded holiday.
We were vacationing with a family of 4 people in early August. The house is very clean, tidy, equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay.
There are many board games for children. On the territory of the estate you can play football, volleyball, badminton, table tennis.
On the plot there is a safe playground, a campfire area, a barbecue area. There is a sauna and a font.
You can rent a boat from the owner,
The lake is within walking distance, about 500-600 meters from the house.
We had a great time. We left with good impressions and a desire to come here again.

Excellent farmstead, had a good time, also rented a sauna and a font, spent the weekend at the highest level, the receptionist told everything, showed everything, and then did not bother anymore)
The house is very spacious, clean and warm, the bath is very good, the heat was enough for everyone, the only minus is that the floor is cold, you don't look much without slippers, and if you run in slippers after the bath, then you carry dirt from the street in the bathhouse. Well, it's hard not to mention the font - it's a separate kind of bliss, we recommend it to everyone if you rent this house, then take the font, you won't regret it)
The only drawback, and quite a big one, bees enter the house from a neighboring plot, who is allergic to bee stings, be very careful, because one bee bit a person right in bed at night while sleeping😅

Excellent location, nice well-groomed territory and a house. Neat, clean feeling that the house has only recently been built. Dishes and other things are in abundance. The bathhouse is new, but there was not enough steam - this is understandable, it has not shrunk yet. In general, I recommend it

We have been vacationing at the manor for several years, and with different companies, and everyone really likes it. Every year new activities appear - a tennis table, bicycles, a sauna, a font. I recommend it to everyone, a large territory, a football, volleyball and children's playground, air hockey, a gazebo and much more. All the delights cannot be described in words, it is better to come to rest at Kukushkin's estate, you will not regret it)

We rested at the manor from 06/28/2014. I really liked it, clean, neat, the owners are good-natured, not intrusive, helped in everything, told, showed. The estate has everything for an active and relaxing holiday.

Everything is fine, the house is made of wood, new, everything is whole, neat. The kitchen has everything for cooking and feasting for a large company, in the living room there is a TV with SmartTV, many beds. There is enough entertainment: table tennis, badminton, frisbee, several balls, twister, board games. Made with taste and attention to detail 👍 The territory is large, a children's area with swings, a slide and a sandbox, a small football field, a hammock, a swing, two dining areas, a well, a barbecue area. Selyava Lake is nearby, within walking distance, clean and beautiful.
The host is very friendly.

Always responsive and sociable host Alexander, always in touch, will prompt and help if necessary. The house is large, bright, lots of beds, you can choose which one you like best. On the farmstead you will see a lot of furniture made with your own hands. We had a vacation with my Wife on this estate in January of the 23rd year. We really liked everything. The house is clean, there is a lot of light, there are all (and even more) kitchen utensils and dishes. There is WiFi, a TV with SmartTV, a hairdryer in the shower, house lighting, etc. A barbecue, skewers, a cauldron, firewood, an apohalo and everything you need for cooking on fire or coals are provided.
Of the disadvantages, I think that there is no washing machine (if you are for a long time), The area of the estate itself is not small, but there is nothing but a house, a well, a gazebo and an almost completed bathhouse.

A good place to relax!
Everything is clean and tidy in the house!
