Our cat died of cancer.
We turned to Aibo with the fact that the cat was drooling odorous from the mouth. According to the doctors' prescription, we treated the cat with Metrogil for two weeks, and then they told us that she had a bad liver, and sold it to us from the window (!!!), next to the administrator (!!!) medication. Another clinic said that the cat's liver was healthy and ordered an urgent operation. Only in another clinic (Vethouse) we found out that the cat does not have sick days, but oncology. The cat has lived for 1 month and 4 days since we first turned to Aibo. From this month, we "treated" her symptoms for two weeks. Now this kitty is no longer alive ...😔
After talking with other owners of animals who applied to this clinic, it turned out the following: the drug from the showcase was offered to buy not only to us. But we fell for it, and it added another +1 week to the fatal "treatment". There are no words. Draw your own conclusions.

On August 10, 2022, I arrived with my cat at the Aibo clinic. The cat has confirmed chronic renal failure (CRF). It was necessary to check the blood, because the cat was sluggish, eating poorly. The blood was taken for analysis. We went to do an ultrasound of the abdominal cavity. In this group, I read that in Aibo they praise the uzist. This woman performed the procedure without even shaving the thick, fluffy fur from the cat's belly. She said there were kidney problems. When I asked about the swollen "balls" on her stomach, she replied that it was nothing and she believed it was not a tumor. Although, obviously, this can only be understood by conducting a study and a normal examination. No one paid attention to my words and forgot about the swollen places. Spoiler: it turned out that this was oncology, a breast tumor, at that time there were already 2 metastases in the lungs, but we found out about this in another clinic.
For some reason, the cat was diagnosed with pancreatitis and prescribed a standard IV and was given an injection. While the procedure was going on, I, without waiting for a description of all the manipulations and the drugs administered, asked the doctor to do it. I attached a photo with the drugs. The drip was dripping slowly (important). We returned home, the cat ate a little.
On August 11, we arrived for the second scheduled IV. A young female veterinarian could not cope with the automatic drip system and this time the drip dripped much faster. The doctor said it was absolutely normal. While the procedure was going on, I watched enough tests being done. This is an open space combined with a shared kitchen. Food, cups of tea are in a pile with test tubes and reagents. It looks sloppy and sloppy.
After the IV, we arrived home. The cat came out of the carrier and immediately fell down. She got up and fell down again. My husband and I took the cat and went back to Aibo. At the clinic, I said that there were obvious problems with the animal, she was ill, she was breathing heavily and could not get up. Alik calmly asked me: "Has she eaten?" No, she is suffocating and needs help, what kind of food can we talk about?! We were taken to a separate room and forgotten))) Meanwhile, the cat began to pull out its tongue and throw its head back, clearly suffocating. I had to go out into the common area and loudly ask for help several times. Only after that they gave an oxygen tube, injected an injection to maintain the heart and everyone left again. We clearly saw the helplessness of the doctors. Alik shrugged his shoulders and said that it was probably the kidneys, or maybe the heart, well, she was old (17 years old), she was ill and he did not know what was wrong with her. When the cat began to breathe a little better, we decided to pick her up and take her to another clinic, not far from Aibo.
It was a very good decision. They did an X-ray and an ultrasound of the heart. It was obvious that the cat's lungs were filled with liquid. This happened because the IV was too fast and the wrong drugs (normal veterinarians understood this from a piece of paper with the names of the drugs from Aibo). Initially, there was no pancreatitis, it was an exacerbation of CRF. The cat was given oxygen again, and a drug was injected to remove fluid from the lungs. They saved her life with their prompt and coordinated actions. Because further delay and pathetic helplessness would have resulted in the death of the animal, she would have simply drowned.
I strongly do not recommend the Aibo clinic for animals with serious problems. Maybe they can vaccinate and do simple manipulations there, but, for example, they absolutely do not understand kidney problems.
Our beloved cat died a month later. I cannot claim that this situation contributed to her care, but the cat experienced the wildest stress and suffered severe physical damage.

This is the best vet. an institution in Tbilisi. The doctors and staff are very responsive, kind and sincere. But most importantly, they are very competent and experienced. We were doing Chihuahua surgery here, making inquiries for two Chihuahuas.
In general, they provide the best care, and the prices are even lower than in other clinics.
You'll come there and figure it out for yourself.
