Good in general, except the old lady at check-in in Sheremetyevo didn't know that my country doesn't need a schengen visa to enter Europe, and I really had to convince her that is indeed the case. She had to ask her phone voice assistant about it. Even though it could have easily given her a wrong answer. Then, she sent my carry-on bag to the luggage roll by mistake, without any tag. And also blamed me for it because I was "distracting her with my discussions", even though I was just explaining to her that I don't need a visa for schengen countries. It took some time but later the carry-on was retrieved, but that was a very bad experience and it lost me some time here, could have missed my flight because of it.

i boght two tickets for me and my baby for a transfer flught. they refused to ckeck us in made me to buy a new ticket made us collect the bagage atvthe stop and wait for connection for many hours as we could not get in to tje original flught. what horror and memory for my child and me. shame.

You are the worst avia company in the world. You were late, our flight was gone. You lost my luggage and sent group to the hotel without me. And now you are telling go to hotel by your own money. F Y
