I'll tell you this, many thanks for your assistance, supervision and eventually solving my ticket problems! The aged parents could not get on the plane 10 minutes before departure, although they checked their luggage and were in the departure area! Without going into details, the staff of belaeroservice got involved in my problem and did their best so that my parents would come home on the next flight and for a minimum surcharge!
