Great location. A responsive receptionist. There is boiling water. A big plus is the online airport scoreboard!!!!! It is quite a decent place to wait for a flight.
Of the cons: we got into a very "smelly" sewer room once. There were no more places (so they said), so they endured for half a day (they were exhausted - so there was no way out).

The hotel is convenient for rest during flights. The room is normal, but the lack of a kettle is a big minus, it's strange to walk around the hall with mugs, especially waiting for boiling water🤔 The bedding is not fresh, they are unlikely to have been changed, the towels are stained. But the saddest thing is the boorish reception staff, teach them how to communicate with customers.

We stay at the hotel for the second year, when we go on vacation in transit through Astana. In general, it corresponds to its level, for a normal option to spend the night. I wish there were blankets in the room, this summer at the end of August it was cold in the room at night, wrapped up with children in all kinds of towels and sheets, freezing. There is also a wish to make some kind of device for lifting suitcases at the entrance to the hotel. The hotel is quiet and the staff is friendly. If necessary, of course, we will choose again!

We stayed for half a day between flights on December 30. The price is cosmic, there were towels in the room, there was only one bathrobe, although there were two of us. There is no breakfast, water is available at the bar for an additional fee. For that price, we could have supplied water at no extra cost and thought about breakfast.

Terrible hotel, the service is at the bottom level. I booked a room in advance, paid the cost of accommodation, the flight was delayed and I did not have time for some kind of conditional check-in time. My number was given to another person without notifying me. The service is at the level of a Soviet hotel, the staff is unfriendly. In my experience, the rooms are so-so. The only big plus is the location, but otherwise the bottom!

Cons: tubed plumbing. Mega-high price tag (there are cheaper and better hotels in the city).Advantages: location! If you need to sleep for a few hours before flights, this is an ideal option. The rooms have bathrobes and slippers. Opposite the reception there is a cooler with drinking water, a thermopot with boiling water, a microwave oven. Wi-Fi.

Announcements in the loudspeaker interfere with sleep at night, as well as if noisy guests will be settling in.
Bed linen, towels, bathrobes are more or less.
There are gels and shampoos, as well as a toothbrush with toothpaste.
Water, juices, chocolates and noodles can be purchased near the reception, there is also a microwave and a capsule coffee machine.
The condition of the bathroom certainly leaves much to be desired, especially if you take a shower, it will not be very good for the squeamish.
Therefore, the score is a solid three !

Rudeness and dirt
The hotel is located on the territory of the airport of the Kazakh capital. The hotel is new, the receptionist is a young girl, and the attitude is Soviet in the worst sense. Firstly, when checking in, the administrator was not in place, other guests had been waiting for their keys for half an hour by that time. Secondly, my reservation was lost, there are supposedly no available rooms. There was 1 room with a checkout an hour earlier than standard time. The cost is about 70 euros per night (even a bottle of water / cooler is not included). This number is not worth the money. The mattresses are tired, the lighting is sick. The situation is quite bleak, but it can still be understood - a place for transit passengers mostly, with normal service, I would not find fault. And here's the dirt... Other guests also complained about this - the complaint book is at the reception desk. A toilet with some prints and footprints, dust and hair on the floor. I asked to clean it up - they cleaned it somehow. I asked again. I was told that I was allegedly lying and nagging. Since the maid has cleaned, it means it's clean. And anyway, I can take my money and get out. I have never seen such rudeness in hospitable Kazakhstan. The morning receptionist was no better.
If you have the opportunity, don't stop here

The only positive thing is that it is located right at the airport. Of course it is very convenient! That's the only reason we settled in for one day, so that we could fly away at night.
But, from the negative, this is, first of all, a terrible smell, just like a "basement" smell. In the room, the doors are shabby. There are smudges on the ceiling. The mattress is cheap. The TV barely works - the buttons on the remote jam, the batteries fall out. Cheap quality gel/shampoo. There are two glasses in the room and that's it. The refrigerator is not working. Kettle (boiling water) in the hallway.
The room price is 35,000 tenge.

Just a terrible attitude! I do not recommend it at all! I would have put -100 if I could!
I specially booked a room for a day 2 months in advance. I sent my mother (65 years old) and grandmother (80 years old) to rest before the next flight, we specially took a room at this hotel. During the day, we called the hotel and confirmed the reservation, everything was fine. BUT! in the end, upon arrival, there was no reservation, there were no seats, the "wonderful" girl at the reception advised to go to another hotel, BUT WHY ON EARTH???? Does your staff have no conscience?! As a result, after convincing requests from their mother, they were placed in a technical room for staff until one o'clock in the morning....without a toilet, with only an old sofa and an armchair.....(I remind you that grandma is 80 years old! plus suitcases). As a result, they were checked into an unexpectedly appeared room at one o'clock, miracles and nothing more. In the morning, when a relative came to pick them up, the reservation turned out to be there, but there was no check-in mark, as if neither mom nor grandma had arrived! DISGUSTING ATTITUDE TOWARDS PEOPLE! It looks like someone just bought the room. I don'T recommend it at all!

The administrator is not a young girl, as people write here. A good location - sleeping between flights is the best thing.There was complete silence on June 30th. There is no breakfast at the hotel. I went to eat in the dining room on the second floor of the airport. By the way, the dining room is cheap.I ordered the room 2 months in advance and have already ordered for the return trip on September 1, paying an advance payment. Minuses : There was dust on the carpet and under the bed, which I reported.The receptionist is polite, when I need something, I write on Whatsapp.I paid 35,000 tenge for the room : I was at the hotel for 12 hours.

Terrible sound insulation!!! Absolutely everything and everyone can be heard!! There were some technical problems and all the announcements were voiced with a terrible screech and at full volume in the hotel speakers, I had to make a few comments and then everything was fixed. The unjustified price is also under repair, there are cans of paint, film everywhere and there is a smell of building materials.

The air conditioning in the room did not work for heating. When paying the city tax in the evening, there was no change at the cash desk, they returned it in the morning, but still 50 tenge was not given. It's a small thing, but it's unpleasant. The rooms are tired, but a night's sleep will do. Of the advantages, except for vending machines and a microwave in the lobby, you can quickly buy food and warm it up.

The hotel is located at the international airport, and there are no conditions for foreigners, there is no room to book. There are no breakfasts. I advise you to spend 20 minutes by taxi and check into any decent hotel, of which there are many in beautiful Astana, with breakfasts, spas, restaurants and everything else
