Although the hall does not have its own parking, the location is so convenient that you can easily park your car near the hall.

I have long dreamed of trying stretching on hammocks. And the dream came true in Yerevan. It is during that period when there is more stress - home is far away, friends are far away, everything familiar is also left somewhere. And then there was a stronghold of calm and relaxation.
When I first tried stretching on hammocks, I felt like I had entered another world. This feeling is simply indescribable, you need to try to understand)
I noticed that my flexibility improved significantly over time, as well as decreased muscle tension after intense training. I also noticed that my body became more graceful and confident in everyday movements.
I feel calm and relaxed during classes. It's like meditation in motion, which helps to relieve stress and increase energy levels. I always feel a rush of positive emotions after training on hammocks and go home in a peaceful mood.
I would like to say a special thank you to Milena and Nastya for the gentle and gentle approach to stretching! They inspired me to constantly develop and improve my flexibility.
