I firmly believe that such people have no place in Aikido, especially to teach children.
I didn't walk for a long time, but it was enough for me ((Often he just didn't come to training without warning anyone, if he came, he was drunk and with a fume, the guys told me that he was kicked out of the army for drunkenness (And when he began to sell me old books about aikido, because he It wasn 't enough .... I quit this club and I'm not naked anymore, although the guys are good.
