Nice hotel! Clean, courteous staff, convenient location! It was cold in the room, though, so I asked for a blanket and they helped me turn on the heating, maybe they turn it off after cleaning the room. And it would be great, of course, to update the shower and hairdryer in the bathroom, you can see that they are just old.
Overall, I really liked everything!

Pros: clean, beautiful, cozy.
Cons: the air conditioner is not functional, the breakfasts are terrible, dirty glasses, monotonous, waiting sometimes takes 30 minutes if the girl was serving (we were in August).

From the good: convenient location in proximity to the promenade, there is an elevator. The hotel does not reach 4 stars at all: tired repairs; 1 set of towels and shower gel for two; the staff was not very friendly (they did not tell about the existence of the pool, promised a lunch box instead of breakfast - they did not).

It's terrible to be here for 4 nights. The bed was never changed, they removed it once and then left all the dirt... I do not recommend staying on weekends, otherwise you will get into a karaoke nightclub until the night they do not give you a rest here, not a hotel...there has been no repair here since the time of perestroika, everything is on its word of honor. The shower had to be picked with a toothpick so that the water flowed from it. The sewer gets stuck all the time, the Internet is generally "shit" it would be better if they put it on. Only the kitchen pulls on a solid 4- I do not advise

The hotel does not pull on its stars. We lived together - a brush and towels, a bathrobe for one person. We lived for two days and did not clean the room once. Tap water comes with a smell and without pressure. It is simply impossible to wash in the shower. The sauna and swimming pool are paid separately for at least 3 hours and are closed separately - this is convenient.

A good and cozy hotel for little money, for me it was a plus that breakfasts are paid separately.
But at the same time, it was frustrating that the existing pool and steam room are also available for a fee, and hourly and not very humane. Other hotels offer a swimming pool and steam rooms for guests at no extra charge, and for guests who do not rent a room for the same additional fee but without time limits.

I stayed in a suite for a day. The room 10 years ago was probably a good one. Now it feels tired, the TVs are old. For 25 k, there are three tea bags and water in the room for 500 tenge, in my opinion this is too dashing. I will note the only inexpensive food.
