This is a great hotel. There is a large territory inside, it is beautiful and cozy. The ultra all-inclusive system, food is available all day and all night. Various activities: archery, football, tennis, billiards and much more. There are separate areas on the beach, in the cafe and a swimming pool for adults 16+. We got a room on the 1st floor and immediately our own pool and it's just super, you can swim from the room. Clean, friendly staff. Vacationers are Russians and Germans. We like to walk. If in Kemer you can go out into the city in the evening, then there are hotels and a road around, you will not walk much, only on the territory. You need to go to the old town on purpose. The beach is sand, there are enough sun beds. Using the application, you can order drinks directly to your sunbed. In general, I like everything. I recommend it!

We had a family vacation in early November 2024, we really liked everything, a calm cozy atmosphere, friendly staff, always clean and cozy rooms. The waiters are just funny, always smiling, friendly. The food is always delicious. The manager of the North is a Russian-speaking woman who will always come to the rescue in any situation, thank her very much! There is one nuance that made us worry on vacation, so it's our impudent compatriots who occupy sunbeds with towels from 6 a.m. and go about their business all day scoring a profitable place on the beach, thereby preventing other people from resting peacefully on a sunbed, but this issue was also quickly resolved. In general, the stay at the hotel was very pleasant, evening live music..complete relaxation! We really liked everything! Recommend👍

Great, the rest was a success. We arrived early in the morning. At the hotel, we were shown a room where it is fashionable to take a shower and change clothes before checking in, as well as leave things in the cells with a combination lock. There are no bracelets. We had breakfast and went to the beach. We checked into the room at 11. The rooms are all the same, beautiful, new furniture, everything works. Shampoo and hair balm are nonsense, the rest of the chemistry is great. The mini-bar is free and replenished daily. The bed is changed every two days. The cleaning is excellent, it is always clean, no one requires tips. The staff, except the cleaners, speaks excellent English. There is one Russian-speaking employee at the reception. There is a regular bus to the city for $ 1. The food is delicious and varied, slightly better in season than in the demi-season. The waiters are great. They react quickly. The beach is large, divided into family and adult. The sand is not super-clean, with sticks. The sea is great. The bars are all on top. You can always eat, drink and drink. The Italian restaurant is good. On the level. Barbecue is nonsense, it will only go in the warm season and in calm weather. Every evening there is a show on stage, then live music in the bar, then music or bingo in the lobby. There are a lot of children around, everyone loves them, tolerates them, understands them. Our 6-year-olds went to the bar themselves "apple juice no ice, please", they always came back with what they needed. The reception is clear, they will tell you everything, show you, late check-out is free if possible. The service is excellent, you will only have to be beautiful and happy.
