Visited with a child under one year old.
One of the advantages is the friendly staff, the opportunity to book an indefinite subscription.
One of the disadvantages is a very steep staircase to the pool, you can climb up by carelessness. And the main disadvantage is that the coach himself does NOT monitor the child's condition during swimming. It was our first time, the child was in the pool for the whole 30 minutes, the result was hypothermia with all the consequences. Well, for the first swims, the coach should keep an eye on the child and not overdo it. Please improve the professionalism of your staff.
