The houses (bungalows) are wonderful. However, they do not clean very well. During this visit, the two steepest slides that are located inside the water park did not work - it was very disappointing that on such days they did not make some kind of discount, revaluation of tickets, hotels and the like. The wave in one pool also stopped working. The sadness. I was pleased that there were television channels for children in houses (in bungalows). In the hotel rooms of the hotel, I do not know what and how it is and how it was. In 2021, there were no channels for children at all. It is also surprising that 0.5 liters of cola, sprite, fanta costs as much as 0.5 liters of beer. I consider the markup on cola to be excessive.

There were adventures in the form of a forgotten passport and a non-working reception in the evening. The hotel is closed for entry at 22 or 23... breakfast is meager. All with eggs and a small selection. It was enough for me, but if a little more gourmet. You won't like it! funny stories. According to this 4 stars. The room is large and clean. A swimming pool and sauna, a tennis court are a huge plus! I will be in Minsk, I will take it off again - this is probably the main indicator.

A family of 4 people (2 adults and 2 children-5 and 10 years old) had a rest at the end of October this year. We chose a Bungalow housing option. It was possible to choose a two-room suite, but there is a bed for a couple and a place for 1 child. The second is additional. Plus there is no kettle, microwave, refrigerator, etc. Also for smokers -a bungalow is an ideal option. Of course, you can't smoke inside, but I went outside, there's a bench and a trash can. The bungalow is a separate cottage with a super layout. 2 entrance doors (key and card for the functioning of the house). The floor in the whole house is covered with carpet, and of high quality. It's nice to walk. The first floor is a huge living room with a large corner sofa, a cool armchair, a low large comfortable table. Opposite there is a TV on the wall and a lot of storage cabinets. Next to the dining area with a round table and, in my opinion, 6 chairs. Everything is very good and of high quality. Kitchen:countertop,sink, refrigerator,microwave,dishes. There is a bar counter with bar stools. There is a stove, but it does not work intentionally, for safety reasons. Here, on the 1st floor, the toilet with a washbasin is spacious (i.e. there is paper).Oh, yes, a huge panoramic window almost the entire wall with a height of 2 floors. The same curtains are huge and super high quality. The door to the terrace. Stairs to the 2nd floor. (The only surface where there is no carpet). 2nd floor 2 bedrooms are gorgeous. As well as bed linen-snow-white and very high quality. A double bed in an adult bedroom is probably 2*2. Soft headrest, super mattress. 4 pillows. The bedspread is also of the highest quality. 2 hanging bedside tables . There are lamps right there. The TV is on the wall. A desk, a wardrobe with a mirror, in which there is a spare blanket, although the main one is enough (the quality of the blanket is a bomb). 2 white terry dressing gowns. Fat. I have never met such a quality. It is very interesting to find out where the hotel buys it all. Air conditioning (they are available throughout the house). All over the house and batteries , with regulators .
In the bedroom there is a round table and 2 armchairs. The second bedroom has 2 single beds. Wide, the quality of bedding and the rest is also the same as everywhere else. Table,2 closets, with spare blankets. A phone from where you can call the reception and the bar. (There is also a telephone on the 1st floor). Another huge room is a bathroom and toilet. Underfloor heating. A large coil, several large hangers,a countertop with 2 sinks, there is soap. The mirror is cool, with a backlight. There are a lot of towels, I didn't count them. Also snow-white, thick and high-quality. Toilet, bidet,bathroom with glass or plastic transparent doors. A window on the street with blinds. Tile bomb.
In general, there were 4+ in Turkey, the conditions were not even close. Straight very very)))).
The maids are very friendly.
Breakfast is included. Everything is normal. For every taste. Cutlets,potatoes,bread, loaf, sausage, cheese,omelet, sausages,coffee,tea,juice.
We chose a hotel to go to the water park several times a day. At this rate, it is possible. Since the water park is basically cold. The water in the main pool over the entire area is clearly not 28. 24 maybe, maybe 25. It's warm in the nursery. But due to purges from all sides, you can't stand more than an hour. An hour-and run under a hot shower to warm up. The jukes saved a little. Those who don't like roller coasters quickly get cold. And those who are on the slides, do not have time to cool down and they are normal. Therefore, 2 hours in the water park, then a snack, to the hotel, on an excursion or somewhere else, after lunch again the water park for a couple of hours. Then the city or the hotel again. In the evening, before closing, the water park again. This is a huge plus of the hotel that you can go in and out several times.
About the hotel restaurant-we were in Minsk for 3 days. Of all the cheap canteens, cafes that were found on the Internet - here are the most budget prices. In particular, the children's menu. Very creatively designed dishes and delicious. Therefore, they ordered both children and adults from the children's menu. The amount of the check for four at lunch, with ice cream -43 rubles. (Again, everything was from the children's menu, except ice cream and salad).
We will definitely come again.
A big wish of the hotel administration-please make 2 bedrooms in a two-room suite, not a bedroom and a living room. Then a family of 4 people can safely settle here. After all, we have mostly large families in our country. And one family to rent 2 rooms is somehow not very much. And a kettle with a microwave should also be in the suite. After all, everyone has children. Let the price for the room be slightly higher, but this convenience is important.
In general, not 3 stars, but all 5 I would give to this hotel.
By the way, you can drive up to the bungalow in your car and leave it there.
Wish people - take more towels with you if you plan to visit the water park several times a day. You can't take hotel rooms with you.

The studio rooms are very small, without shampoos and other accessories, only towels and toilet paper. The two-room rooms are much more spacious, there is already a refrigerator packed, and toothbrushes and shampoos. It takes about 5 minutes to walk to Lebyazhye itself. We were with 4 children and it was raining, so we went by car. Go around far enough. We drove back for about 15 minutes, since we could not drive directly to the hotel, we had to leave on the main road and drive to the hotel with a U-turn. The restaurant is open until 23.00, but the order must be made before 21.50 maximum! Otherwise you will stay hungry. To visit lebyazhy, you need a cardboard box in which they put the key to the room, if you did not take it with you, the administrators of lebyazhy send you to run after them!

At the end of April, there was a tariff with breakfast, a water park and thermal baths.
The hotel and rooms are very tired: shabby walls, traces of other guests, all mattresses are in poor condition, washed out, you roll off them. We were in several rooms. The beds are either mesh or plywood. Upon check-in, the frequency of bed linen change was specified once every three days. We were 4. The linen was never changed. When contacting the reception, the girl rudely said "why are you sure you didn't change, you changed everything." The dialogue didn't work out at all. When we were evicted, we were already told different information: once every five days. Room cleaning is mediocre.
Upon check-out, the maid accepts the room according to the configuration, it takes some time. If something is missing, then you will pay compensation. The water in the room is complementary only upon check-in.
Breakfast in general, you can find something to eat: omelette, sausages, sausages, potatoes, pasta, buckwheat, cabbage salad, beet salad, oatmeal porridge, strange pancakes, yogurt, cereals, tea and coffee.
Aquapark: very tired, rust on metal structures, mold on the seams in the showers and aquazone. Several hydro massage devices. Good slides, rental of towels and bathrobes. Take your slippers with you. Try to guess the hours of the minimum number of people. On Saturday, several buses are brought to the water park in groups around 11 o'clock.
Thermal baths: there are a lot of people, they sell alcohol in the bar, you can steam up with fumes.
Conclusion: there will be no desire to return anymore, you feel not like a guest, but obliged to all the staff for coming at all.

The hotel is for a weak three. We took the number 2+1. For the third person, the linen was brought simply in a bag and thrown on the bed. The laundry turned out to be dirty and we had it replaced. In the evening we went to have dinner at a restaurant, the service is terrible. Then they forgot to bring the dish, then they brought something different from what they ordered, the wine was brought warm and not open and they waited 20 minutes for a corkscrew.
The room was taken for 600 rubles a day and includes unlimited access to the water park. For some reason, the gym is only open until four, provided that check-in is at three... Who came up with this? We got to the water park, there were an insanely many people there. The queue for the slide is 45 minutes, only in the evening it became more spacious. On the street and inside, two slides did not work, apparently from this and such queues.

We went into the room and found a terribly dirty toilet, no air conditioning (there is a fan), the room is old.
The administration offered another room, which is not better at all. The fan doesn't work either, the room is on the sunny side and there is nothing to breathe and there is also a bed with sides! With a height of 184 cm, I cannot sleep comfortably when my feet rest against the side.
We spent time on these relocations, and eventually decided to leave there, because we didn't have the strength and desire to hang around with things by the numbers, which are all old.

There is an aqua bar and fast food with quite reasonable prices and decent quality.
However, it is very often overloaded, the number of visitors is not regulated by the administration, everyone is allowed to start, as a result, this leads to the fact that you can stand in line for 20-30 minutes on the slide.
From personal experience, it is much better to visit the water park in the first two hours after opening and in the last two hours before closing.
But there are many questions about the hotel:
1) During the four days of stay, the towels were changed only once and then after an outrage at the reception.
2) When checking in, the blanket on the bed was not made, I had to suffer myself in the evening.
To the question "what is it?", the administrator politely replied "The decision of the management".
3) Bed linen and towels are very worn, with disheveled edges and sticking threads.
4) It seemed that for 4 days the room was not cleaned once, only the garbage was taken out.
5) For some reason, the maid arbitrarily took away a duplicate key card.
6) There is no air conditioner.
7) The restaurant and lobby bar are simply with extortionate prices and questionable quality.

We booked the Aqua Minsk hotel from home (via the official website), the manager called back, clarified everything, answered my questions in detail, and there were quite a few of them, since we were traveling with a small child of 1.10 months. A hairdryer, a refrigerator, a TV are all in the room. Each guest has a bottle of still water. Breakfast (buffet) was included in the room ratethe choice is huge, everything is delicious and fresh. You can have lunch and dinner with this breakfast))salads, porridge, omelette, sausages, cheese, sausage, chicken sausages, pasta, stewed potatoes, tea, coffee, biscuits, biscuits. I visited this water park for the first time. If we compare it with Russian ones, then Lebyazhye certainly has cleaner and adequate visitors. No one fills the stoves like in Russia , everyone is steaming calmly and having fun. The water was a little cold in the large pool, and the Jacuzzi was pleasantly pleased.
In the spa area, I did not have enough light in the steam rooms and near the pool, in my opinion, I need to make that part brighter.
In general, it is quite a good place to "soak" after working days.

We come to the Water Park from Gomel 2 times a year. The rooms are always clean, no spiders have ever been seen, the buffet is of high quality - I judge by myself, I have long-standing stomach problems and he determines poor-quality food right away, so it's never been bad, everything is delicious.
Advice to those who have never been to the hotel. If you want to check in quickly, do not arrive by 14.00, but two hours earlier, otherwise you have the risk of waiting in line for 1.5 hours.
There was one minus for the last visit in May: the room key did not want to react to the door lock in any way, as a result, they could only get into the fourth or fifth in a row. The staff is polite, but I would like in the future not to run from the third floor to the first floor to replace the key.

I was vacationing in this hotel and I did not meet such a boorish attitude and disrespect for the guests. At the reception, the administrators show with their whole appearance that they are not very happy with the guests. It feels like unexpected guests have arrived at their home. They weren't taught to say hello either.There is no air conditioning in the room, there is an old fan that cannot cope with cooling in the heat of 30 degrees. There is no light on the stairs at night.I do not recommend this hotel.

We were here on New Year's weekend. There was only one goal - to spend the night. It was a great surprise for us that there were no hygiene kits, bathrobes, slippers for guests, an additional set of bed linen in the room (the reservation was for a day with a child, there was a folding chair in the room). It was drafty from the window, so we decided to move the beds and sleep with the child. After I moved one bed, I found an empty Coca-Cola bottle and a champagne lid under the bed, i.e. the work of the housekeeping service is at a "high" level. In the morning, when the curtains were pulled back, a swimsuit hung on the radiator.
Breakfast: It was included in the booking price, but it wasn't worth the money. Oatmeal porridge, omelette, sausages, sliced vegetables (cucumbers, peppers, tomatoes), breakfast cereals, biscuits, compote, tea bags, meat and cheese cuts, coffee (espresso and coffee machine selection), yogurt. In principle, you can have a snack, but with this money you can have a better breakfast in Minsk. The wife found some bones in the sausages.
The staff is friendly and friendly - you can't take that away from Belarusians.
Perhaps the main focus of the hotel is the water park, but we did not use it, and chose this hotel only because there were no other options for this day (available options ~ 400byn).

I really like this hotel. I stay there every time I visit the water park. But friends, when will you make at least some kind of air conditioning system? Cheap portable fans in every room - it does not save in the heat. There are spiders in the rooms on the top floor. It was possible to remove them before preparing the issue.

There is no air conditioning, but the hotel is just gorgeous!! I advise everyone, you will not regret it! Good location and very clean rooms, excellent service!

Everything is gorgeous! The rooms are great! But rarely, but the labels are rude at the reception.... And so everything is OK! After a walk around Minsk, I really want to go to this comfortable place like Aqua Minsk!!!

The water park is wonderful. There are a lot of slides. There is a wave pool. There is a cafe on 2-3 floors. There is an exit to the street and 2 water towns. But the employees of the water park are kind of boring
