Oh, there was a time, there was a market here, it was so lively... Everything was here!!!! And now a dreary huge playground for what? Parking? So there's nothing to do here.... It seems to me that something large-scale and interesting should be built on this place. For now it's just a wasteland((

Offices for $10 per square meter with mold on the walls, 1999 carpeting, a bathroom that is scary to enter, and someone else's sneaker that was forgotten many years ago. Apparently, the cleaner quit under Obama.

Inexpensive, cool large Parking, offices of different sizes to choose from, Internet optics. But everything is already wearing out, especially the bathrooms. There is no normal inexpensive dining room nearby.
