31.10.23 I bought an engine for a vacuum cleaner as a gift to my father. they gave a 2-month warranty. All filters were replaced before installation. Vacuumed 4 times and the engine stank of burning. I contacted the store under warranty on 12/13/13. their specialist said that the engine had failed due to improper use! (dust of non-domestic origin got in), a refund or exchange of goods was refused. They refused to provide a book of complaints and suggestions on demand. The further solution of the issue will be in the legal field. I warn future customers to buy anything in this store. you will be left without goods and money.

The sellers are not qualified .Just to get the goods in.I bought a ten for the washing machine, they didn't sell it on mine, although I assured them for a long time that it would fit.I had to go again to return it.
