I went to eat here, we ordered, the preparation time in the menu is 20 мин 30 min. the order was delayed by the waiter, who said that he had ordered a dish called "zharkoe in the pot", and after 45 minutes of waiting for it, I called the waiter and asked if the Cook had forgotten to cook it.. 15 there is no mechanism at all to call the waiter at the table!!!

People often don't pay the bill there and just leave, now I understand why and I think that's what they need. We often visit cafes. The cafe is considered halal, there is a prayer room /which is +/.
The food is delicious, the prices are reasonable. With the opening of this cafe, Taraz residents and guests of the city go there more often. There are a lot of people on holidays.
The waiters are sometimes inattentive, probably because there are so many tables and you need to keep up. In general, the kitchen and interior are excellent.
P.S. I used to love their signature dish "Kausar" very much, but now it has become smaller and not so tasty. Sometimes kebabs and meat dishes are too harsh :(
