It's a great place. We went on an excursion. The museum is interesting, they tell about the life of the sultans, it is very interesting. Thanks a lot to Musa and Miko.Everything is under control. Everything is organized, from the meeting to the farewell. A great show in the evening, before it a super dinner of lamb and fish, who likes what, I'm not talking about the side dish at all, super. During the day, pomegranate tea, fruit tea. Fishing, baths with peeling fish, someone went to the hammam, someone on the mud. Yes, a lot of things. Generally a friendly environment and good people. If the guys ever read it, hello to them from Larisa!

It's a great place. I recommend you to visit. It is decorated in the form of a museum with artifacts, paraphernalia, figures in antique costumes. Descriptions for each exhibit are in three languages: Turkish, English, Russian. The entrance ticket costs 100 liras per person. We were in early November. There was no one but us 4 people. None of the staff was watching us. We went in, looked at the exposition, took pictures.

We took an excursion from anex.
Don't repeat my mistakes.
Definitely not worth the money.
They promised a spa, relaxation. In fact, a puddle of mud, a salt room - you can't look without tears. Of all the tourists, and there were about 30 of us there, only two people dared to take mud baths.
There are gazebos on the territory, carpets that have not been vacuumed for a thousand years are spread on the floor. The food is standard for all excursions, as everywhere else.
They offer to fish, what you catch, you eat.
There is a wax museum on the territory, which is interesting in principle. We had a guide who told us in a nutshell about the history of Turkey.
The performance is a separate kind of art, for an amateur, the sound is very loud, I had to get headphones so as not to go deaf. And there are questions about the content too.

Let me clarify right away that the main expectation from the visit was fishing. I put 5 for this. Fishing is great, and if you like to do it in a picturesque place, then that's it. I caught 15 trout. There is no limit, the fish are asked to put in cages-boxes.
Lunch. Normal. The lamb from the grill seemed a little harsh to me: the hotel served stolen lamb, it was tender. Soup is fish soup, but not from trout, but, it seems, from mackerel. But delicious. There are greens and vegetables. Watermelon, melon for money. Beer and wine are unlimited. The wine, by the way, looks like homemade, like semi-dry sugar.
Swimming in the waters of Alara was a great pleasure.
5* for fishing and the river. I did not visit the barn or wellness treatments.

A nice pleasant place. And relax, and catch a fish. A gang of chickens and roosters protects here, even cats give in to them. An icy mountain river, sauna, hammocks - what could be better in the heat? Ah! There is also a museum nearby :)

08.08.24 we visited a double excursion to Alarahan for 80 euros per person from Anex tour, and, unfortunately, the impressions remained extremely negative. The first part of the tour, where there were baths with clay, fish and the possibility of swimming, was frankly disgusting (except for swimming in the river).
They fed me well! Mutton is normal)
First of all, complete unsanitary conditions! The locker rooms were dirty, and it looked like they hadn't been cleaned for a very long time. The bathroom with clay turned out to be a real swamp — it was just disgusting to go in there. The feeling of dirt and uncleanness did not leave during the whole time.
The bathroom with fish for feet also caused disgust. The water looked like it was about to start blooming, and it was completely unclear when it was last changed. Hygiene is clearly not being monitored, and this raises serious health concerns.
The most unpleasant thing was that I had to sit and just wait three hours for the evening program "Nights of Sultan" to begin. We managed to buy up in only one hour, and all this time there was a feeling that we were just left there "to the pile", without any entertainment or interesting activities.
In summary, the first part of the tour was terrible and completely not worth the money spent. The only thing that saved the day was the evening program, which was really interesting and interactive. But because of the disappointment in the first part, the whole day was ruined. I do not recommend this tour.

It's expensive, but interesting. I liked fishing, smeared with mud, did peeling with fish, went to the museum. The lunch is not bad. I liked the lamb meat (very tender), flatbread and stewed vegetables.

They offered an excursion from anex tour for $ 60 per person, promised entertainment for the child, animation for the children, in fact there was nothing but ponies and chickens. The waterfall is beautiful, but it could be viewed for free. All services are paid, henna drawing, freshly squeezed juice, fruits, the photographer constantly obsessively walks around taking pictures, then they ask for money for the photo. Of the free ones, only water, wine, beer, but there are plenty of exactly the same things in the hotel. I won't even write about the mud bath, the salt room, everything is written in previous reviews, the child didn't even want to go there. Fishing is so-so. You can go to the castle, but it takes about 15 minutes, interestingly, they also charge a separate fee for fitting costumes. The tour is definitely not worth the money!

Definitely not worth taking a tour, absolutely not worth the money. A relic of 15-20 years ago, everything is tired: the tour is not about anything, the cafe is too, the territory is 3+, incomprehensible mud and salt caves, everything is miserable. The only beautiful thing is the view of the mountains and the waterfall, and fishing. If you stop only in transit or in your car. The average price from manavgat per person for the 2024-60 season is $.

I'm not sorry for the lost money, I'm sorry for the lost time. In fact, there is nothing to do here.
The dirt in the bathtub is from the gutter, the salt in the room is iodized, the sauna was not evaluated. The fortress is a bit interesting, but extremely stuffy and small. We haven't tried fishing, I don't care at all. It would be better to sit on the beach and get high.

Don't come here for an excursion! Money thrown away. They promised mutton on a spit - in fact, stewed bones. Mud baths are a swamp. Fishing - well, more or less, but it's not worth coming here for this. The salt bathroom is a small room with salt sprinkled on the floor, no smell. The sauna was turned off as soon as they arrived, they asked to turn it on, and they did not turn it on. Of alcohol, only beer and wine are free, strong for an additional fee. All drinks are served in small ~100ml cups. There's nothing to do for the money they're asking for. It's only worth stopping there, if it's on the way, for 5 minutes, just for the sake of the fortress.

A beautiful fortress. Convenient parking. It is possible with children. I think it will be interesting for them too. An unusual entrance through a tunnel.

A caravanserai from the time of the Great Silk Road. An interesting building, the architecture is somewhat reminiscent of the shipyard of the city of Alanya. But even more interesting here is the impregnable fortress of Alara from the time of Byzantium, which is located on the mountain next door.

I really liked the mountains, the air, the fishing, the foot peeling with fish
